am trying to get call from some one in jail in I don't have the money st the moment

This was a recording from the jail in Putnam County, Cookeville,TN.  I have been having these calls for about 3-4 weeks and I had been deleting them prior to listening.  They were from a LandLine in Bossie,LA.  If I wanted to talk keypad 1, how much it would cost number 4.  I stayed on the line after the recording stopped and a female came on I asked her who called me and she said the inmates make calls all the time. I asked if they had Cell phones and she said NO.   End of call: I found that we have an inmate phone service at our jail in this county for them to use .  I do know someone in that jail but would not talk with them nor would I pay for the call.   First time I found it was from a jail I got pretty upset and at my age started to cry as I live alone and did not know who or where it came from.  The only person I knew in this jail was my granddaughter's husband.  He never called me and does not even speak to me, I did not understand why he would be calling if that was him.  The Sheriff asked me if I knew anyone in jail and I said yes, he asked who? I told him "Scott Klaes" but he never speaks to me so why would be be calling me?
Sheriff said just have a block put on my phone.

Got a call from 318-746-1350 about 30 mins ago.. I don't know anyone in prison or from that county. I didn't accept the call, just hung up.

I got called this number a lot of times too and he said to reload my account.So I hang up on him and still keep on calling but I just ignored it.It's annoying but what can I do?Any idea?

I got a repeated phone call from this number last night.  I do not accept collect calls, ever.

Im receiving calls at all hours of the evening starting about noon the last couple of days, i dont know anyone there and dont want to be bothered anymore, they have woke me up several times a night with these calls, i want it stopped now!!!!!

There is an app on the Google Play store called DU Caller. The app blocks spam calls, and 318-746-1250 is one of the numbers it blocks. I highly recommend this app.
