Got calls from this number as well and decided to answer it after the 4th time. Turns out it was my roommate calling me from a jail somewhere here in TX.

This is a call from an inmate at county jail. It does not have to be someone in prison. They could be picked up for something as a little as public intox.

318-746 1250 doesnt need to be calling me if i dont know what they want or cannot talk to them to find out, i do not want them calling me, if it is a doubt collector i have no money to pay for my doctor bills.

If its my girl in jail then im sorry, i dont have a prepaid card to accept the call

Called my cell...left a voicemail...saying it was an urgent call from Bossier Detention. I didn't call back. I do not know anyone in prison...nor did I recognize the number...318-746-1250.

Received a call from this number, identified as city telecoin with a call from an inmate in the Dickson Co Jail, Tennessee. Gave options to accept, check charges or block.  My Phone took a message so I couldn't choose but the inmate's name may have been "Amanda".  It was muffled and I don't know a person that would be in jail there.

They don't have to be in La. That area code is on their prepaid accts and collect acct. So it shows up like that regardless what state they in
