I just got a call from this number. I hung up.

I get a call from 318-746-1250 a prison in LA from Cody asking if I receive the collect call. I said NO.  I don't know anyone in prison. Now they keep calling about every day. I blocked the number on my cell phone but it still comes through. I reject the calls. Reported it to the FTC today 01-18-2022. They need to stop calling my number.

A better way to report it would have been to contact the warden at the prison.

Got a message from this number - blocked it

Received a call 10:30 PM......my call blocker did not block this unknown number. I want this number BLOCKED, I have no friends or family in jail that I am aware of.

If you want the number blocked then you have to do that yourself. No one here can do it for you. Don't be so lazy that you expect other people to do simple things for you.

I got a call from this phone number and I answered it. But when the name and facility was said, it was too fast and I didn't catch either the person's name or where they are. But, I chose the option to find out what the fees would be and I think it said $3 for the 1st 15 minutes. I was going to accept the call but it disconnected. Is there any way for me to find out who it was or what facility at least in case it was someone that I know and that needs help?? Not knowing is going to drive me nuts. But since I answered the call I don't have a voicemail to listen to again.
