Got a bill on paypal account and have no idea where it came from?

Paypal of course calls. I have had many calls from them it is NOT a scammer phone number at all. Check your bank statements and fins any PayPal transaction, 99% of the time that phone number is in the PayPal transaction details. It is a paypal legitimate number.

Keep in mind that the number may be a legit PayPal number, but scammers can easily spoof caller ID information so their call would show a valid PayPal number. This explains why some calls from this number appear legit, while others do not.

My creditcard was charged for € 29,99 and € 16,99, the description is PAYPAL *Rapidshare and the phonenumber 4029357733
I checked PAYPAL and nothing on my ´sheet´, called PAYPAL and they told me that they didn´t charge anything. Called the creditcard company and they credited the money. Better !
But it´s still idiot that someone can charge my creditcard and place some info on the description...
I´m in the Netherlands, a global scam ??

I received a fraudulent charge on my credit card.  It showed a paypal account as the recipient of my money.  However, I've never used this card on paypal.  When I look at my actual paypal account there is no activity that corresponds with this charge.  My credit card company said that my card number was probably stolen from a "phishing" program that stole my information online or at a gas station.

I got this number catagorized for a paypal merchant under the website http://www.ivideogametester.com/ They're an internet phishing site that will take your credit card information. They also go by eWorkGroup or Solid Work Group.. I've already made a report but will need more to report too

Got a charge on my Visa for 29.50 from paypal. They are going to take it off.

I just received charges as well ($750) for which I did not make a purchase nor do I have a PayPal account.  Was it easy to receive a credit or refund?  The information listed on my statement was - Nightlineko (professional services) 402-935-7733 CA.

I received a charge on my credit card statement for $50.00 - it reads: Paypal "Friendschic 402-935-7733 CA

My credit card statement had "PAYPAL *BARTLETTSTR 402-935-7733 CA" listed on it for $54 and classified as "Professional Services"  I've filed a fraud report with the CC company.  If you try calling the number listed, it wants you to enter in information that will be used by the program to only add to whatever accounts they have on record for you.

Charged my credit card $77.41.

Did not answer as I did not recognize the number and no message was left

Someone using the ph#402-935-7733 charged $50.00 to my Visa card.  I would really like to know how that could happen and where the information came fro

I got a call from this number, strange guy, didn't introduce himself but just said he works for paypal and he knew my information and my previous balance so I thought it was ok, but then I ran it through google and saw this, so then I called paypal and they said its one of their many numbers, that one of her supervisors called me to make sure i was really selling these ebay items and not someone else.
I'll keep an eye out for my activities and I might just cancel my paypal once I finish off with ebay as well.
So far, although very sketchy, everything is ok, but just be aware!

I received two charges on my checking account for $249.00 from MC-PAYPAL *GOT3D 4029357733.  I have not authorized these charges and when I looked up this phone number it seems that there are a lot of people with the same case.  I canceled the charges that were made fraudulently to my account and my bank has seemed to cover the charges not problem.  I would not suggest that anyone contact the above phone number because it sounds like most people have been asked to verify their paypal account information once calling this number.  Let your bank or credit card fight for you if you have a similar fraudulent situation.

I have been talking to Paypal about some charges that were recently drafted from my Paypal account.  As I am dealing with Paypal, I am getting emails from them saying that the fraud investigation is complete and they have put the funds back into the OTHER PERSON's bank account I called them and forwarded the email and they say it is fake and the investigation is pending.  I changed my passwords and security questions on my account and got an email from the real Paypal telling me to call the customer service number on their website if I had not made the changes myself.  At the same time, I got an almost identical email telling me to call the 402-935-7733 number.  It is totally fake.  They will ask you questions about your bank account and social security number.  Think about it?  Why would Paypal not give you an 800#?  The 402 number is a scam.  Do not call it.  They just want more information from you.    I did get a call from 402-715-5380.  I didn't answer it but the caller ID text was Professional Re.  I suspect it was probably the same people.

Had a charge on my credit card for $63 PayPal *TheMinds. I don't even have a PayPal account.  I've had to call my cc company and report it as fraud.

This phone number debited my checking account directly through paypal....It does not exist.  
The company identified itself as "Suitabelor".  Watch for this Fraud.
