Yes, cancel your accounts now! Bogus company committing fraud. Your personal information and credit being stolen by prisoners manning phone call centers in Omaha, NE. for legitimate companies. I believe Macy's charge I cancelled came from Omaha, NE and then I got bogus charges. I received confirmation of cancelation leter posted from Omaha, NE from Macy's.....what a coincidence.
Beware .... I have seen these websites erase real info including my notes on this website and others. Report fraud directly to at least one credit reporting company as they can and will put a fraud alert on all your credit. Do this anytime day or night but do it immediately.

I am so upset.  I called my bank to let them know that I did not authorize this charge.  They can't do anything since it is still pending and I called paypal and they can't do anything either. this is sooo wrong and frustrating.

Someone has currently charged $20, $30, $100, $39, and $0.01 (penny) on my credit card. I am really upset and this company has stolen money from me by fraud. I am alert and I will report them.

GOt the same thing going on with my account..  Two transactions totaling about $60 worth of merchandise and professional services.  What is going on, and how do I fix it???

My co-worker just got hit with $160.00 in fraudulent charges, via the account she has set up wtih PayPal. The below user ID and phone number was in the transaction info (MC-PAYPAL-LuckCharm91 4029357733). She hadn't used her ebay or PayPal account in months.

Reading some of the comments on here, from those who say this phone number is legit... I think those comments are from either trolls or scammers. PayPal has NEVER contacted me, to verify transactions; my highest purchase has been approximately 500USD. If this number appears on any suspect checking, debit or credit account transactions, immediately contact your financial institution to dispute the charges. If anyone from this number contacts you, do not give any information, even if it is just to confirm a transaction.

I just got a charge of $1,457.99 from "PAYPAL *SHOPLIFT" citing the same 402-935-7733 I don't even have a PayPal account! I'm on the phone with my credit card as we speak. wtf

Paypal calling after I processed a large transaction.  They did not leave a message, but when I called back, they told me they were just verifying my phone number?.

My account was not locked out though

received charges from photo-depot tel#888-216-7758 on my account through a paypal acct- citibank gave me following # to call402-935-7733-
when i called woman asked for my cc# which I of course wasn't going to give- when i call 88-21-7758, it is recording and found other site when googling that scam is going on- had to cancel my card immediately

i received a 105.98 dollar charge on my credit card I never authorized that transaction! totally fraudulent charges. I will be contacting my credit card company immediately.

I received this call today about a small purchase I did make this morning. The message said they were confirming my phone number.  I had only used the account once before, about a year ago. But, after reading the above messages, I'm really confused and worried.

I just got charged $1,573!!!!!!!!!!! Completely wiped me out! On hold 1.5 hours with my bank @ 12:32am, but ofcourse, appears they're closed! Not even the 24/7 customer service # is helping. My account says the debit is pending. Comes up as: POS DEBIT PAYPAL 4029357733 CA! Gonna fight this like crazy! These idiots need to be strung up in the street! I didn't get a phone call, the transaction just showed up in my account after I was declined at the grocery store!

I also had a $400.00 charge..but found it the same day and paypal got the person to refund it. I wrote the person and ask why? They said someone paid through a donation button on their web page...yea sure! I did not. These people need to be put in jail.

The entry on my Credit Card statement showed "PAYPAL RAPIDSHARE  40293577332".  It looked quite innocuous, I had had debits from Paypal before. However, underneath it was an unrecognised transaction :- CHELSEA/KITBAG MIDDLETON.  Through the Search Engine I tapped into both of these names and thereafter found that they were both fraudulent.
One entry date was 5th October 2008 and the other 6th October.  That tells me that both were done by the same [***]. The Credit Card Company was MBNA.
Note, Middleton is in Manchester UK. The item was for Chelsea Football Kit . . but people in Manchester UK don't support London Clubs like Chelsea. These latter supporters are more likely to be around London.  Chelsea has quite a few african players so my guess is that the crook is definitely not white.

I tried to donate to wikipedia using Debit Card but got rejected 3 times. I had $1 charge on my bank account with "PAYPAL 4029357733". I do not even have a PAYPAL account. The most annoying part I was charged even when the transactions were unsuccessful. It made me regret donating to wikipedia.

Showed up as a charge on my credit card. do not know what it is will investigate and dispute if i can not figure out what it is. $$ not submitted

Didn't get a phone call, but had someone order a laptop from CompUSA with this card. I stopped to shipment and canceled the card, then looked closely at past statements. The card is only a few months old and only used 10-12 times.

It does say PayPal on the item, but the activity doesn't show in my PayPal account. I don't really think PayPal has anything to do with the charges or the fraud, since I've never used this card with my PayPal account.

I haven't got a call from this number, but it was listed on a paypal transaction on my bank statement last month. the last time I used paypal was in 07. it said : MC-PAYPAL *PRESENTTEST 4029357733
