Very suspicious call; wanted to send me a "gift". I mentioned a little of my information (no banking/credit card stuff) before demanding to know more about how it was going to be used, what the company was, their website information (apparently "under construction"). I told them not to send me the gift and them found this site.

I've since sent an email to the BBB in Edmonton (along with a link to this site) and my complaint.

I also received a call from a lady at 403 770 0522.  (These calls come into my home fairly late in the day, at about 8:00 p.m.)  She asked me to participate in a telephone survey and I advised that I was not interested.  She asked again and started her survey, I repeated myself and advised that I would be hanging up.  I continue to receive calls from this number, but I do not answer them.
Upon the great advice of the others who posted comments on this site, I phoned 403 770 0529 (at about 11:30 p.m.)  ;D  and advised what sounded like an old chinese (some of the others have suggested he is East Indian…that could be, as well)  I demanded that my name be removed from their call list.  He was polite enough and said he would do so.  
I will be certainly be contacting the Better Business Bureau and perhaps a troubleshooter through the news media… (?)
I can’t believe we can’t get something done about this fraudster!

I received a call on my cell, didn't ansewer, then 2 minutes later my husband got a call from the same # (4257500522)! Weird that they have both our cell #'s and we live together and they called both of us within 3 minutes. Same thing.. asked him a bunch of yes or no questions and that was the end. I was mad at him for giving his name at the end.

We have had numerous calls from this number at all odd times, and whenever we pick it up there is no response. This website has enlightened us to the huge problem out there. Johnny Chahal sounds like a Punjabi - a community that orginates from the Northern part of India. In no way the scruples and business ethic of this company reflect the rest of the Indian continent. It is sad to see someone bring down a community with their bad work ethics. It about time that the authorities clamp down on this business - Breathe EZ Homes and book the owner. I like the comments above with many resorting to various ways of getting back at these people. The only way you can stop someone from harassing you is to harass them back. Call them, grill them, extract everything you can, do not divulge anything about yourself. I am looking forward to the next call from them. They will cut me off their list when I am finished. I going to be polite, sickly irritating, demanding and act dumb.

My husband accepted a showing from this company. The salesladies showed up at 8:30 and we stopped them around 9:45 and they were out of our house by 10:30pm by the time they had packed everything up. They would have gone on for longer, I'm sure.

They showed off the air filter, and when I mentioned something about vacuums, one of the ladies responded to it. I asked if she sold vacuums, and she said no. I excused myself to Google the name of their air filter and went I got back, they were showing off a Filter Queen!

Now here's the weird thing...it's weeks later and this young man shows up at 9:15 tonight to make a presentation to us when we've already seen it. 9:15? What's wrong with this company? How do they expect people to shell out thousands of dollars for their system late at night?

Oh, and their knives are crap.

This company really seems to be taking advantage of their young salespeople, that's what bugs me.

Just called me tonight but no one was on the line...weird...

I've received three calls this week and every time I pick up the receiver there is no one there. Obviously their taped recording is not working. Please tell  me who this is and why they are calling so I can report them to the do not call people.

Glad I found out what is going on. I get this caller showing up on my phone all the time and it's been going on for months. I happened to pick it up today and answer with no one responding on the line. And here I thought I had a stalker. I will try to block the call and if not, it's time to call BBB or Crimestoppers.

Just received a call from this number.  Said "hello" 2x no response.  Let them listen to my TV for awhile and then hung up on them.

They called my home phone number 3 times in last week and i picked up the phone but no one was talking fom other end. So i hang up

I signed up for the Do Not Call registry. These guys present themselves as as "survey company" so they can try to find a way around the rules set up by the registry (survey companies are exempt).

Just got the call at home.  I also signed up for the Do Not Call Registry - Like Mike in the previous post.  

The first call I specifcally said, I am not interested and I do not want you to call here again.   15 minutes later another call came in...I simply picked up the call and spoke into the phone.  I said Never, ever, call here again, and I a filing a complaint.  Then I hung up.

Same thing, calls every other day from 403-214-1446, so far no one ever on the other end, caller id shows up as Breath EZ Homes, have reported them to the do not call list, since I registered for it back in Sept.

I have my home phone number as well as my cell phones on the national do not call list.  Why are these people STILL calling?  I *never* answer the phone.

They called about doing a survey about Calgary. I answered their questions thinking nothing really about it. They called back 2 days later asking for my address so they could send someone over to deliver a brochure and a prize for taking the survey. It felt fishy so went on the internet and found this website mentioning that it may be a scam.

They have been calling me for weeks now! We are on the do not call list, so what's going on? I refuse to answer any calls that are listed as private or unknown, so I haven't answered.
I have worked for a call center before that did surveys like this... (Only went for 3 shifts and felt so guilty! It's horrible!) Company's like this take advantage of young people trying to make a living, and after they are hired they find out if they don't finish enough surveys they can be sent home early and their shifts will be cut back... So this is why these people sound so desperate.

I wish I could find out where all these people are at so I could go in and help them find REAL jobs, and maybe even put myself right in the middle of this so I could find out what exactly they are being told! Doesn't sound like they know too much themselves.


AND. Most people at call centers like this (you know... the sleazy kind) aren't given the power to take your name off of their automated call list. They can only set call back times. Only a supervisor can remove your name, and sometimes even they can't... And most refuse to. So try and speak to supervisors!

Remember, these people are jsut that... people. Ask them enough questions and they might just break. Also ask if the call is being recorded. If they are recording a call without mentioning it before starting the call, it is illegal. I'm not saying they will admit to recording it, but most call centers record conversations now and then to use as "training"

Just find out as much as you can, try and get the address of the company as well. Report everything you know to the BBB.

Oh my gosh, I am so glad I found this website. I know the story gets repetitive but this is just to show how pushy these guys are. I got phone calls everyday from 403 214-1446 showing Breathe E-Z Home on the caller ID, I made the mistake to answer one day, poor english girl asking 100 questions, did the survey; couple of days later got a call with the lucky prize, did an appointment and then starting to research and found this website. So I just blocked their number now, I haven't cancel the appointment though; but will do it if they call again or get through somehow. Thank you everybody for their comments, they are so helpful. It's good to know there is more people going through the same. Thank you JJ for mentioning SHAW services, I didn't know about this before!

Number I get on Caller ID is 307-215-1001 a disconnected Wyoming number

After researching a bit I found it was a scamming Calgary company. So, today I answered and got an agent. I wanted to get the company name and phone number that they were calling from so I could register a complaint. The number that they gave me was 403-770-0529 and that company name they gave me was Health Tech. When I said I was on the National Do Not Call List, the agent said sorry but they call numbers randomly. I've started the complaint proceedure and hope they can catch up with these scammers. Legit companies do not have to plug false numbers into the call display to hide.
