Breather E-Z Homes LTD is a complete scam. I got screwed over by them. Just want to make sure no one else has to go through what I had to. They gave us a vaccum cleaner for $6000 saying it was a free gift... They changed the papers after I signed them to whatever they want. Even court couldn't do anything.

I lost $6000 because I had to pay the collection agency sent by Breathe E-Z Homes LTD. I won't recommend them to anyone.

The survey is mainly about, to see the Following eligibilities,

In order for them to sell their products, they need to know the following information ,

Should be Married ( They dont deal with Single Bachelors, Students etc., because its a total waste of time for them )

Should both be working

Some Questions to make sure that they have health awareness (Like Asthma , smoking etc )

And questions to make sure you have a Master Card or Debit Card.

If you do have a Pet they will ask for your Pets name, its the way the 300 Girls Calling from Phillipines are said to do so.

No one Calls from Canada even though it appears to be a Local Number.

How do I know all these ???

I attended their Day 1 and Day 2 of their Presentation and asked them to F*** Off .

Me working in a Manufacturing firm, and dealing with Activated Charcoal ( Filter Material they claim to have 0.1 micron effective filtering, )

I can say the price of the unit is well under $100 max each which they sell it at a price thats 10 to 15 times higher.

They pay $ 400 commision for each unit that sold by their Sales Person.

They are all given training as to how to react, how to interact, how to keep the intrest of the Client, in general how to cheat to sell their product.

They claim to have Patents for their Filter Queen Vaccum, but it was all purchased for another Leading Vaccum Cleaner. So its again Bull [***] how they cheat people.

The Vaccum cleaner that has this Patented Technology Sells for less than $ 400 in total.

Be aware Edmonton People , You are going to be the Victim next.

I received called from 4037700522 lady asked She told me I did survey last week about air quality and asthma, that’s why I am the lucky caller who will get free gift. So I gave to her my name and my wife’s name.  After giving my first names I checked this phone number on Google then this website comes up. But I did not sign anything, Please Let me know what I have to do?

It is quite pathetic that you feel as though you need to defend this worthlessly, pathetic excuse for a company. What makes your comments even more enjoyable to read (as I am laughing out loud... LOL) is that you claim to "care" about others. If you actually had a caring bone in your body you wouldn't be wasting people's time with such a sh***y product and then:
 
  1: Asking astronomical prices for crap quality.
  2: Asking your "customer" to cold call friends and family.

Even in this "economic downturn", one would think that you could find a "real job" rather than falling victim to such a "company." I'm not sure if I pity or loathe people like you. At least it is safe to say that you or anyone from Breathe Easy will ever waste my time in my home.

I received a call this morning from a Breathe E-Z sales person saying that I took a survey a week and a half ago and have now won a prize. She allowed me to choose one of three options and told me a rep would come by the house tonight to deliver my prize. Sorry, but I didn't realize giving my name and husband's name would be new info to anyone...you can get it on line or in telus phone book. Anyways, they haven't shown up and THANKFULLY by the sounds of these complaints!
Really though, what is the worst that could happen from the info given? I must be truly naive and they never asked me how I would pay for purchases etc. seemed harmless enough.

The caller is from Breathe EZ Homes, their phone # is 403-214-1446. They ask you if you remember taking a survey of indoor quality. They then say that you have won something (in my case it was a choice of a vacation or tupperware). They then state that they will be dropping by to give you the prize, set up a time and everything when you and your husband/wife will be home. I called them back after reading a different site's review of their scam (they give you a vacuum cleaner as a gift then you pay for it and no court can do anything about it). DO NOT SUCKER INTO THIS SCAM!!

I have got a call from 780-7017482 breath EZ homes regarding a survey related to Asthma allergies smoking.They talked to me having pets am i married and about credit cards.After some days igot a call that i have won a prize either a vacation or some 49 pcs set wood container something like that i have given them appointment and they insisted on having my husband home as i told them that i dont use credit cards but my husband does and they want to give some presentation luckily in their search i got this web page and having myself informed i decided to protect other people from these Scams.BE AWARE IT COULD BE RISKY.

I was called for an interview to Breathe E-Z Homes. Luckly enough  to get an interview for a position who pays 21/hour . Well, I never go to an interview without researching about the company and I did with this one too. What I found? Bad reviews and people telling is sales door to door. I called them back and asked them if is this because I am not interested. The lady, the same one who called me in the first place told me  I will find out in the interview…and because I expressed  I am not interested anymore she  hung up on me :O How is that possible? Hopefully everybody will see this review before they go there and lose their time and possible money.

The free holiday that my husband signed us up for is also a total scam. Google worldwide travel center and see all the hits from people complaining.
The presenter was here for well over 2 hours and even tried to tell me after phoning his boss they could send it to me internationally since I am moving soon.

Hey this place is not that bad I did buy a filter from them which does work great I am now off of my asthma medication which i have been taking twice a day for the last 5 years the only weird thing is that the guy who came to my house his name was shammy was flirting like crazy with me and then asked me if I was interested in going on a date. He was soo gross had some type of ac cent, but the product works great wo hopefully everyone else would have a less creapy salesman

Thank you absolutely everyone... I just noticed their job advertisement on the very legitimate www.jobbank.gc.ca.  The Federal Government job site.  They offered pretty good money, but gladly I do my homework.  I certainly will not be doing anything with them.  Again, thanks people.

Agree with John and Curtis. Ad on craigslit ($21/hr, $500 bonus..blah blah). dont fall for it.

I had a call from them few months ago, they said will came to my house to bring my prize as I won it, three days vacation, everywhere I want.They didn't show up of course, and they called me today saying tomorrow somebody will came to my house this time.Thanks God I've made some research and I found this site....

listen it isnt that bad you have to realize that its the persons job and you know what they may have a [***] job...but i dont think if you had to call someone that your boss needed to come in and they started freaking on you that you would like it either...i work for the company and we are very well ligit...mind you it is not my job to call you guys my job is to go out to your homes and show you how to product works and if you guys dont like it then thats ok but you might surprise yourself and realize how great it is if you actually tried it out so what if they are annoying but atleast give them a chance

I came across an ad in the 24hrs newspaper for a job. The # given was 409-214-1446. I called in response to the ad. Then I Googled the name of the company-Breath E-Z Homes Ltd.  I came across this cite with so many negative responses to the calls received from the # 403-770-0522.  It is the call centre #.  They are a vaccum sales company.  I checked the BBB and their rating was an F, BBB does not have enough info to rate them any better.  The ad I responded to said they were a "Large electical manufacture's distributor expanding in the Calgary area...".  Very deceiving.  I called and cancelled my interview.  I told them that I did not want to work for company that have such negative feedback.  They are probably ligit but I do not like the way they operate and they are deceiving.  Unfortunately, I am still looking for a job.

The fact that someone comes to your house to show you how this [***] works and then for that person to flirt and ask you out is just gross. Next thing you know people will be on here complaining about being raped. I wouldn't let that guy into my house gross

Thanks for all of this information.  I just called them about the job but Mr. Green, the guy to talk to, wasn't in so I got a fax number and email address. Then looked it up on the Internet and found all of this wonderful information about the company.  I guess I will not be sending in a resume.  Thanks again folks.

I initially was called by a women who proceeded into some market research questions.  I thought fairly harmless.  So answered them.  They called back sayig I won a set of knives, a trip to jasper or storage containers.  Call display came up as to E Z Homes.  I asked them for a number to call back.  I immediately called the BB and they said they have recived numerous compliants and THE POLICE FRAUD DEPARTMENT was looking into already...but these people's numbers and address keeps moving around.  I called the police and they said yes that is ture they have received compliants since last xmas.  If you can remove your name.. and have your calls traced for the police.
