Received a call at 4:20pm on personal cell... did not answer... no voice mail left.  With Telus in the Vancouver area.

I don't even live in Canada (Wisconsin, US) and I got a call from this number. They called once and hung up after about half a ring and then called back again. I didn't answer. I read all this and blocked it. They called at about 7pm.

I answered this call and the man on the other end asked for my husband by his first name, which he doesn't use anymore.  When I told said that he was unavailable and asked to take a message, the man on the other end went silent then hung up on me.  My caller ID showed Unknown name but provided the phone number with a Toronto area code.  I tried to call him back a few times but the line is busy.  We have tried to stop these kind of calls but they just keep coming.  How can we report this company or demand that they REMOVE our number from their list?  Anyone been successful?

Yea just got a voice mail from this number and it was a lady's voice asking if I'm here. Lol.

Received this phone call on my cell late morning...no one generally contacts me on my cell as they have my work number.  They didn't leave a message.  If this is a fraud sort of call, it is still going on and this number is likely still in use for telemarketers or similar.

My girlfriend has answered these types of calls before and asks them to remove her from their list right then.  It seems to have worked for the most part.

I started receiving these annoying calls the other day with no voice mail messages left and tried to call back, but the line was always busy. I found out that the company is called Market Probe, a research/survey company attached to various companies to see if you were satisfied with your service. I asked the lady which company this call is coming from. They are based in Ontario, Canada, but they are a third party associated with companies based in the U.S.

I called this phone number 416-233-1555 and asked to be removed from their calling list. The receptionist's name is Roanna and she assured me that my number will be removed. So if you are experiencing this problem, call this number and it should work, hopefully. I'll update this thread if it doesn't.

This number keeps calling it has been 5 times today. We would like it to stop.

Within the past 2 weeks I have gotten a call from this number I didn't answer then tried to call back and it was busy so I just blocked the number

This is a survey company acting as a separate entity from RBC in order to eliminate bias results.  

They will ask you a few questions in regards to your telebanking/branch interaction that occurred most likely within the week.  If you rate them perfect scores, the individual you interacted with gets bonus pay for meeting customer experience mandates.  Anything less than perfect does not count for this individual.  It is important to remember that this survey is in regards to that interaction with that RBC employee and not the bank itself.

So, if you had a great experience, please share!  Too many people only share the bad experiences and do not take time to praise some one for doing a great job!

Called me asking to conduct a small survey after agreeing to the survey they started asking me about my banking information... innformation that RBC should already have as well so i hung up. Ever since ive been getting at least 1 call a day. They also never leave a voicemail

This is legit,  I talked to RBC it is a customer service survey.  No need to give information over the phone if you don't want.

As suggested by another respondent, I phoned Market Probe at 416-233-1555 (who picked up right away) and asked if they operate 416-233-0047 (which calls daily, never leaves a message and is always busy when I call back). The man said yes and that he could remove me from the call list. I am a new RBC customer so this is a possibility, as others have reported.
