Receive calls from this number almost daily. Usually around dinner time or just after. Getting irritating. Company doing this should be fined. Surely the CRTC knows who it is and how many complaints there are.

Have had a couple call from this number also. If you call back there is no answer. I think the call I answered one day was claiming to be with RBC and I told them I didn't have time to talk. It's called 3 or 4 times since and I have not answered.

Have had several calls.  No voice messages.
I live in rural Georgia, USA with unlisted number.

So, why the f_ _ k should I answer a f _ _ king call from Canada let alone give them any information? I don't  give a damp if their  associated  with the Royal Bank of Canada!

They call daily. I answered one time and there is no response.

This number has called 4 times today…Was busy so never answered and anybody that calls me I have there name and number, and with no Voice mail from 4 calls I looked it up online and see its shady…. SCAM block it

I received calls from this number. Never an answer and there was  no one to pickup when I called back. How can you put a stop to this. It is annoying!

Called me a couple times this week, I live in US so getting a call from Canada when i know no one there automatically sends flags up so i havnt anwsered

Not RBC here - here it's AARP survey on "satisfaction with life insurance", said didn't have to be AARP life insurance.  Multiple calls daily - ask for my husband who won't take the call and my say so isn't accepted.  Calling phone co. to block...see if that works.

Someone from a number listed as coming from Toronto, 416-233-0047 has been calling our house for weeks. They call in the morning, in the evening, sometimes even twice in the evening. We always let the answering machine pick up because we don't know anybody in Toronto. They never leave a message. This is very annoying and I wish they would just stop.

Caller asked if I'd do a 10 to 15 minute survey.  Told her "You've got FIVE minutes, starting NOW, GO"!  She asked when to call back - when I'd take the full survey.  Was told "Never".  I then blocked the number.

It's a survey company that's contracted by other companies to see how happy you are with their service. Some companies aren't equipped with call centres to do their own research. The calls you're reading about regarding a bank is just one of many companies they do surveys for.

Additionally, a research company is exempt from Do Not Call lists because they're not calling to make a sale, only to get your opinions, and that is well within the law. If you don't want to receive further phone calls you ask them to take your name off their internal list. If they mention the company name they are calling on behalf of and your number is unlisted, your problem is with the company you deal with, they were the ones who shared your number with the research company in question, whether it was this particular company or another.

Dealing with research companies is quite easy when you answer them the first time and ask them to remove your number from their list. I do this all the time and I know I will do it more times in the future because there are many more companies like tike them.

Been receiving calls from this number at least twice a day the past 3 weeks already...no message being left and when I tried calling back nobody is answering...just  called again today and when I answered the phone a female voice was asking for my husband...she said it's a costumer survey but I when I asked for what company she said she can only disclose it to my husband....told the lady their number is being reported as fraud and she hung up on me....

I am currently working at Market Probe. This call center makes only outbound calls to inquire if you have visited the branch recently. Calls are terminated if the client says no. The purpose of all calls is to conduct customer satisfaction surveys. This company does not conduct sales pitches or scam anyone for personal information or money and has been in operation for about 15 years. Call backs are performed in the event of a non answering client or when the answering service is unable to properly confirm that the client wishes to be placed on a do not call list. Performance evaluations are standard to be performed politely and professionally. The company employs workers that enjoy the service that they provide to clients who wish to make a difference by participating in a phone survey to communicate feedback, which is important to developing customer relationships between consumers and businesses.

You present Market Probe as a business with sound business ethics, then why does Market Probe defy the CTRC National Do-Not-Call list and bother people? You are full of sh*t.

I get calls for the last 3 days, no message and I do have a message machine. Thanks for your info and I do too deal with RBC....seems like fraud to be had.......thanks again.
