It is legitimate. It is a market research company hired by RBC to follow up with customers who have had appointments with their branches. They knew when, who, which branch etc of my recent meeting. Relax, not everything is a scam and surveys never leave a message. FYI.

the survey is for if you recently had dealings with RBC representative, the survey is about the csr, or bank advisor, and how you feel they rated..

Relax everyone this is a legitimate survey company and they are calling on behalf of RBC, I just did the survey and NO personal questions were asked, it was strictly using a number rating on my recent visit to an RBC branch and how the staff did. I personally prefer being called for a survey, it was fast and efficient. I hate doing email surveys and I do not have time to complain if I feel I am getting crap treatment, this way is anonymous and they will ask if they can share your survey with the company at the end and you can say no if you do not want the staff to know it was you. Since RBC has been using Market Probe I notice a huge difference in service in my branch; it went from meh service to great service in a matter of a few months. Too bad more companies do not do this.

This number has been harassing me for days. When I pick up - no answer on other end. Has to be telemarketing!!!!! These guys are a pain in the...... Wish they would at least be nice enough to leave a message if no one answers. These guys are more than annoying!!!!!!

If it is an rbc survey, why would they call my business line.  I have no dealings with rbc.

Had many calls from this number and just called 416 233 1555 head office and suprisingly they were happy to remove my number from there data base. So i guess we shall seen in the next week or so. I advise everyone who gets a call from this number to call  416 233 1555 to talk to a real person. Lol

they call never leave a VM and it's busy whenever you call back

Almost daily, receiving calls from this number. If I don't answer they do not leave a voice mail, however, if I answer, the line is eerily quiet and gets disconnected in 10 seconds. Doesn't matter which organization they are calling on behalf of..... its just irritating.

I do t know what they want but definitely something wrong with this call.
Pls donor give any personal info to this kind of call.

Get calls from this number every week.  When I answer, no one replies.  They just hang up.  Someone posted a message saying it was a marketing company called Market Probe Canada.  Not sure if it is or not, but the constant calls are quite annoying, especially when I'm trying to put my young daughter to bed and it rings.

I am on the DO NOT CALL list and this caller needs to stop calling. I do not know them and they might as well stop because there is nothing here for them.
I hang up before interdiction.
