i got the same calls and i have go to they ` re office 6175 highway 7.
Everything just like what you said, i won 1 of 5 prizes there for i go to the office to check it out!!
i dont mind to waste my time ( which i have ).
After they ensure my income 3 times, they show  me to a meeting room with 6 tables, they only inviteing 10 ppl a night, so i sit there and listen to a 25 mins promotion about how or what this campany works
Once i walk into the door i start taking pictures with my iphone. And one of the lady come to me say "Pls turn off your phone", ok .......... i show her my iphone of a black srceen that make her think the phone is turn off .......... , then i serectly turn my phone into mute. After a 25 mins of explain how they campany works, a sales come to my table and starting go into details about how magic is this campany and they projects, i do have a 1.5 hour recording this phase of event with my "turn off phone"
Once of the eyes catching porduct is low your debt rate% or you can buy cheap flight tickets, but there is more !! i kind of lose my interest after 2 hours, Now this is the part im waiting for, Let talk about money !!!!! Ok im amuse every service is real, but the memberships cost 10k !!!! yes 10k
they said i can save up to 19k if i pay off my house in 10 year with they are service and can lower my rate in 1% !!! but if you come to think about this, i put 10k up front to buy are 10 year membership at this time, why not i spending this money on stock or even rrsp i dont have to trust this new campany with 10k, so i said i have to think about this 10k is not a small money. I try to ask them to get some document to see if im able to do some research, well NO! lol im almosty laugh my hell off , and worst i can only join this club tonight !! there is no 2nd meetings ....... wow, resaon was set up this kind of meeting cost money ...... they try to cut down they are spends. REALLY ?? you ask me to trust you with 10k but i can only see you once? 2nd meeting is too much of a worth to selling  your package ?
ok ok ok, fun time is over . now i have to come to end this , NO im not joining this club tell her in the face, coz i cant buy  a 10k membership without think it though but i still want my prizce tat i won right ? So im trying ...... "im sorry, i see your service and you have a very nice project here. you show me honor and trust ( which they keep saying it ) but the resaon im not joining is i need time think about it which your campany dont allow, we are not in the same page" im try to close this and see what they come up with. "if you really need time to think about our package we can rebook you at next time, even you say No you can still receiving your prize" LOL so what about 2nd meeting cost ??

Yes, exact same call with me 1 of 5 prizes a laptop, 42' TV $1500, trip ect anyway these people called me today again and a few months ago I told them after they were being aggressive on the phone to f-off before and this time I told them I would be there tomorrow at 2:30 to get my prize but I'm not really going and when they call and ask why this time I'm going to inform these Brooklyned accented people that I work for the Better Business and they better stop scamming people!!

Thank you everyone for these honest e-mails.  I was about to book a babysitter for my little kids for tomorrow and attend with my husband this fradulent show.  Thank you for saving my money and time that is so scare in this fast life.  I really apreciate and will not attend the show tomorrow.

Thanks - almost fell for it. Number was 647-770-0102, same prizes, speech, address and manager's name as above. What got me is that they mentioned a contest I did enter a couple of days ago at a public event... Guess it was all a scam.

Wow.. I got this call as well.  Glad I'm super paranoid about everything and goggled Terry Beltre.  Got the call from a women (didn't catch her name) yesterday who said I filled out a ballot at a festival I attended and was a finalist for 1 of 5 prizes.  All I had to do was to pick up the prize with my spouse after sitting thru a 90 minute showcase.  She kept emphasizing that I'm guaranteed a prize and don't need to sign any thing or purchase anything from their showcase.  The weird thing was she asked if I was single, married, etc.. and I told her I'm single.  She then explained that this draw is for married or engaged couples and ask me to bring a friend to pretend to be my finance.  I was super suspicious by that point but never winning anything in my life I was pretty excited and asked a friend to go with me.  =/  I setup an appointment for tomorrow at 7pm but definitely will not be going anymore.  Here are some details so people will be on the alert.

That sounds like the event I was invited to - after reading this post I called them back and told them they were disgusting at what they were doing.  She asked, 'what do you mean?' and I said it's all over the internet, it's a scam.  I can't believe they can get away with this.  The only time I filled out a ballot was at a festival for what I thought was a legitimate company, these criminals should not be allowed in events like that.

I hope they do call back so I can tell them to get a job like the rest of us, instead being the pond scum that they really are.

Same number 647-770-0102 called 4 times (twice at home, twice on my cell) on Sunday night after 7pm... Glad I can blacklist numbers and redirect them to phone hell (a.k.a. Busy Signal)! Also notified the event where I filled in the ballot, thinking it was a real contest - they have received multiple complaints already and probably won't let those scammers in next year.

i got the same call from these guys, been calling me for 2 weeks now from #905-781-5569 and when i asked him where to call him back he gave me 647-478-8568 ext 700.  i asked him to send all the information via my e-mail and he said he can't, i need to confirm first if i'm coming with my husband.  so after reading all the posts, that's it, no more entertainment...can't fool me anymore!  thank you for posting. do you think we should report to the authorities?

My wife and I also got a call from this company claiming we won 1 of 5 possible prizes at the Dragon Boat Festival.  I was in the area and wanted to see what their operation was all about but they wouldn't let me in because I had a kid.  They did ask for 2 pieces of ID (my drivers licence and credit card is what they asked for specifically).  Stupidly I let them look at my credit card; when the clerk was looking at my card, she flipped it over and said that she was just verifying that the signatures were the same.  If this place has hidden camera's in the ceiling, they would have have credit card number and 3 digit security number on the back.  As a precaution, I reported my card as stolen as soon as I left the office; I just hope they don't sell my personal info to identity thieves.

I received a similar call fm some guy called Arnold at the same address and am glad that I googled this company.

The phone number that he provided me was 647-478-8568, however, the number that came up on my phone was 416-584-2444.

I also got the exact same thing where my caller id said "device". I was told to pick up my prize and wach a presentation this Friday at 7pm at 6175 Hwy 7. I am interested in knowing if there is any way to stop this scam such as show up and let others who believe them know it is a scam or even bring someone in as a wife/husband who can expose this scam or maybe even shut it down. Will be checking for feedback ;)

Thanks everyone for sharing your info - red flags went up when he described the random prizes & that I could switch up when I wanted to come out there & just sit thru a brief talk. Had a laugh at his surprise when I said I didn't own a car to get out there... the contest I entered was to win a car :P it was at the Salsa On St Clair Festival. Can you imagine how PO'd you'd be if you rented a car to get out to this place - jerks! Get a real job! If they call back I'm going to take others advice and say I lied about my wage

Despite asking them to remove my number from their list and STOP calling as they kept calling my work cellphone, they started calling again, eight times today! Glad I'm running a blacklist that gives them a busy signal every time, as well as keeping a log of all their calls.

If you have asked them to stop calling and to remove your number and they STILL call, you can file a complaint with the CRTC and they can be fined $15,000 per violation. I just filed mine.

Go to https://www.lnnte-dncl.gc.ca/plt-cmp-eng to file your complaint. You can also register for the Do-Not-Call list on the same site, if you haven't done it yet (it works... mostly).

esta compania me llamo por lo mismo  dicen que sali seleccionada para ganar 5 premios tambien me preguntaron si soy casada o si tengo novio etc. yo conteste pero parami lomas curioso fue que tenia que decirles lo que yo hago anual . asi y con todo cancele pero el tipo me decia dejame hablar con mi manager , porque tu tienes que recibir un codigo para poder recibir tu premio ,y poder entrar en la participacion de la tombola.  yo pienso que es todo mentira no se que pensar . solo quiero que alguien me escriba y me diga si es real GRACIAS.

I was almost believe them when I received a call thru my celphone and landline No. that I won 1-5 of prizes at woodbridge area. This callers are scammers don"t believe them. Beware of all the ballots ur signing in street festivals like taste of lawrence,thompson ribfest and a lot more. tHEY KEEP CHANGING THEIR NAMES,LOCATION AND NOS. The authority needs to do something to catch this bunch of stupid,nuts and idiots.

A guy who identified himself as Kevin Ortiz called me and told me I was a guaranteed winner  with one of 5 prizes:

Flat Screen 42'
CAD $1,000.00 in furniture;
8 days 7 nights in Florida
17 ' Laptop
or $1,500 in cash.

the phone number that appeared in my phone was 16477700102. That guy speaks Spanish.

Then he asked me to confirm my address and phone number. As he mentioned that was from a Jazz Festival close to the beach here in Toronto I believed him because I went there and I filled a form to win a car.  Well then he asked me if I were married, I 'm not and I didn't mark that option in the form. He started with a weird story saying that I should go with a girlfriend because the promotion was for couples so I would not win the prizes but I could still participate for other prices that would be for singles. I hung up the call.

Probably the entries were sold to some other company. It's strange, they want to get contact information and more. Be careful.
