This number calls me like twice a day. I never pic up. I have put my number on the do not call list a long time ago but for some reason they keep calling me.

Yoe i got a new PAY AS YOU GO celly hooked up and within four hours this number was calling me, i had not even had time to give out my new number to anyone....

I received call from this phone number for many times, I think it is
used for criminal purpose. watch out!

Just got this call from this number too, always have had missed calls from this #, answered ont just now, made some noise on the other end and then they hung up, called back and it says it is Optima Communications and to leave a meassage but amazingly the box is full and you cannot leave a message..... too bad, i would have left a good one.....

They called me around dinner time and I was waiting for a really important call. I was entered in a major life changing contest that was being drawn that day and so I knew the number would be unrecognizable if I won and they were calling me to let me know. I missed the call but they didn't leave a message so I looked it up on Google and found this site. I'm guessing it was the same Scotiabank people because that seems to be what everyone is saying here. So freaking disappointing! I had high hopes it was the contest people! They better not call me back again because they are going to get a major earfull now that I'm pissed. These calls should be banned, not one person in the world wants to be bothered by these leeches!

Get calls from this number every 2 weeks.
Imagine this computer managed calling system making 10 calls a minute to 10 different cell phone numbers with limited incoming minutes contracts. That adds up to 6000 calls in 10 hours each day with each computer. Multiply that with the rate and you have the magical $$$$ number that the cell provider earns!!!

after i asked to be removed from calling list the lady went on to say Hold on i'll get more information for you and silence silence silence HANGS UP

i hope to @#$@#$# i didn't get charged or put on their insurance plan when i clearly said NO

Called me Lunenburg, late afternoon today. I did not answer because call display read "incoming call"-- there was no name, no number. No message, they hung up on the fourth ring. Funny enough, I could retrieve the caller's number from the phone with no trouble,after their call.

These [***] need to find a proper job - if they can - I don't think they can!
Call them and leave messages on their machine day and night, fill up their tape with millions of calls

Received a call on my cell today, assume it is Scotia trying to sell me insurance.  I already told them last week that I wasn't interested...dont' they want their customers to be happy???  Then STOP harrassing them!

Speaking from experience of working at Optima Communications..I can honestly say I would complain as much as everyone on this site is, because sometimes when the computer dialed out numbers we called at least  once or twice for the day all the managers would say is ask them why they didnt want the item or make sure the last agent who called did what they were supposed to do(mind you the managers control where and how the dialer dials they just dont do there job and change the damn thing) I think it's bull**** because I get sick and tired of standing up for this company if there not going to respect there agents or there customers. If someone says no at 4 pm and we call back at 6pm the answer is damn and well not going to change...I also think it's disrespect to call people on the weekend asking people to buy insurance ...I can go on and on about about how this place is! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANY OF MY FREINDS OR FAMILY TO WORK HERE ,EVEN DURING THIS [***] RECCESION! ( NO BENEFITS ,ROGERS CALL CENTER HAS MANY BENEFITS! NO RESPECT, CONTINUOUS LIES AND THREATS IF YOU CANT MAKE IT IN,I.E. IF YOU HAVE SICK CHILDREN OR IF YOURE SICK THEY DONT CARE THEY'LL JUST FIRE YOU, THE BOSS IS VERY UNPROFFESIONAL UNLESS THERE BOSS IS THERE,THE ENVIROMENT IS FILTHY! I GOT THE FLU FROM PPL COMING IN AND NOT CARING ABOUT ANYONE ELSES HEALTH BECAUSE THEY ARE SCARED THEY ARE GOING TO GET FIRED... THEY DONT EVEN GET SENT HOME! HOW GROSS IS THAT?! ANY HOW.. This # called, asked for my husband.  I said he was out, they said it was American Express calling and they would call back.

This number has been calling for the past week. Usually I silence the ringer and today I got fed up and actually answered. Since I knew about this site from earlier in the summer I told whomever I was speaking to that I was not interested in whatever he was trying to talk to me about.

His response: Do you even know what I'm calling for.

I told him that no I didn't ... and I didn't care. I think he realized at that point that it wasn't worth continuing because he said "bye" as I was hanging up on him.

Received call from this number twice in 3 days , no message was left , I don't know who called me??
