Yeaaa so I work for optima don't hate we all need jobs and just to let u know it's not our fault we call u numerous times a day the computer dials for us we don't choose who and when we call and for all u idiots who think hanging up will stop us it won't that just puts ur name back in the system and we will call again so take a second to talk to us could benefit u in many ways.

Get phone call from this NO., sounds like they are working for some commercial credit report. They said they are related to Dun and Bradstreet. They want to talk with our CEO. When I tolk them he is not in the office, they just keep on calling like every 20mins.

[***], u guys need to get a life. These companies are working to earn revenue as much as your own company is. It is their job to call u guys, nd if u hav soo much problem. go to your bank/ or the company u deal with that they are callin on behalf of. Just remove the account wit them nd go to like another bank/company, no matter wer u go, they will call u, it is a way of marketing and im sure some of u even work in marketing field. U stupid managers in marketing or w/e field ur in, if u r lookin at this. read it carefully. When setting goals for ur employees, u will do everything possible to ensure tht they meet those goals, but wen these ppl call u guys, u guys get annoyed?? They are also working just like u are nd they also have managers and directors who lead them. As i said if u hav soo much problem go to the bnak nd remove the account nd go to another bnak but no bank will ever say tht they will not call u... the only option is jus keep money as cash if u dont want those calls. Scotia Bank does data collection for Dunn &Bradstreet. This was a call asking if we wanted to update our farm's business listing with Dunn & Bradstreet in the event we wanted to increase our marketing efforts. We politely said no thanks, we're happy with our existing markets.

Just recived a call from this number at my buisness. the caller id said toronto call.  there was a woman on the line claiming there was activity on our buisness credit report. she refused further information to me and knew the name of the owner. I hung up because she refused further information to me. She also refused to provide her name and the name of her company.

I get a call from this number about 1 week after I purchase something from the pharmacy (Pharmaplus, Shoppers and Rexall, but only if I purchase directly at the pharmacy part).  It is Optima Communications on behalf of Scotiabank trying to sell me "hospital insurance"  offering to pay me up to $200 a day if I am hospitalized.  The insurance doesn't cover you for anything you have been under a doctors care for for the past 2 years.  Buying from a pharmacy looks like you might be buying meds for an illness.  Perhaps they are ambulance chasers?

It is a call center that is outsourced by more then one company, and they don't even ask for your credit card information. Just the spelling of your name, and date of birth.
