Have been receiving 3+ calls per day for the past week.  First call around 6:00pm EST, last call around 9:00pm EST.  Newspaper subscription offer.  Exempt from "DO NOT CALL LIST".  

To have your number removed, call 1-888-682-0070, and follow the instructions.

Called tonight around dinnertime - I didn't answer and they left no message.

I'm in Winnipeg.  I get a call from this number every day.  If I answer it there is never anyone on the line.  Aren't there harrassment laws against this.  I'm on the no call list too.

Many calls over last while - 3+ per day but now that I have call display on TV, it's much easier to avoid them and many others.  I'd say that I get about a dozen calls per day that are long distance and unlisted, private etc.  I just let that many calls per day ring and ring and ignore.  Feels good to have my power back.

Another call from them.  9:26 at night.  I'm getting ready for work and have to be up at 02:45.  Don't appreciate these calls as by the time I pick it up after 3-4 rings, there is no one there.

Thanks for the tip, Max. I live in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and I get calls from that number every day. I just called the 888 number you provided and instructed them to remove my phone number from their dialing list. Hope it works!

It's a newspaper marketing company calling on behalf of the Toronto Star.  I know from past encounters. Does not leave a mesage now when I don't answer now.  Calls several times a week.  Makes me want to have nothing to do with this newspaper ever again.

The numbers is from Canadian tire Master Card and is trying to sell  auto roadside assistance

I got a call from that number on April 21st 2010 @ 8:14 pm.

All it said was:  Hello.     (in a female voice)
Then hung up.

I was a little freaked so I searched the number, and this site is what I found.

They called me last night, and i don't have a globe and mail or any other newspaper subscriptions; i guess they're trying to persuade me to order newspaper. I asked who is it there and they guy said can i speak to **** (not curse word, just a name) and i said who is it there and then he hanged off.

Answered a call today from this number but no one answered. A pointless call. I'll know better next time.
