This is a scam commonly seen. They book a block of rooms with a working credit card that you later find out is stolen. Then they call back a few weeks later and ask to cancel the booking and request a refund back to their new card. This leaves the victim with a huge charge on their card and the scammer now has a credit on his new card. Oldest scam in the world for motels. DO NOT RESPOND TO HIM AT ALL.

I also received the same kind of email for a different name : Smith Livingston

He asked for the receipt for bank verification.  He also give me a full address for his reservation.  He provide me up to 6 different credit card numbers to split payment.

Received 'enquiry' this morning for dates in December 2017.  Exactly the same wording as the message reported by Glynn.  The opening "greetings" made me suspicious.  Did not reply.  No telephone number or further details were contained within the message.

I got the same email.  I saw two MasterCards for the same person, I became suspicious and emailed that I needed the CVV, what names were on the card, how many people, what time would they be arriving, and told them to phone me. When I got no response or read receipt in my email, I typed the name LJ Goulding into Goggle and found out it was a scam and if the cards were put through, they would contact again and say their personal assistant died and they couldn't make it so refund the money and very specific about how to do it. Glad I am alerting the Facebbok Community because this is how they found me.

We got one from Jonathan Godfred as well. he has sent us a few emails so it seemed like it could possibly be legit, but I just asked for his full billing info so we"ll see, sounds like a scam. :)
