I keep getting calls from this number on my cell phone. It barely beeps then it says I missed a call and they call my home phone too. Like 5 times a day. How can I stop these calls? My mother-in-law and friends get it too and they actually answered and it said they were from Wells Fargo and needed their info.

They call me constantly, about 9 times a day, and they call from different extensions such as 1-503-403-2691, 1-503-403-2692, 1-503-403-2693, 1-503-403-2694, 1-503-403-2695, 1-503-2696, 1-503-403-2697, 1-503-403-2698, 1-503-403-2699, etc. Search any of these numbers online and you will find tons of similar complaints - they call several times a day, they claim to be with the Wells Fargo Overdraft Department, they ask for sensitive personal information, etc. It's a scam - if you receive these calls, report them to Wells Fargo and the donotcall.gov website.

As I've been searching these numbers who keep calling me, I keep noticing that several different sites where people complain about this number (such as Call Ferret, 800notes, etc) have a poster who shows his/her name as "wellsfargo" or something similar and says things like "it's ligit," or "the national do not call list means nothing to us," trying to convince people that it actually IS Wells Fargo calling. This person can't even spell! It's probably one of the scammers who calls from this number, hoping that s/he can lull people into a false sense of security thinking that it's from Wells Fargo and not some sort of scam.

They called me this morning from 503-403-2697 and asked for Curtis. I told them they had call a home furnishings store. Turns out that Curtis told them that this was his work number. They said they would remove this number from his file. We'll see if that happens. Oddly enough, I had a call last night from a 503 area code number. That number belongs to a personal injury lawyer. Wondering if the two are connected.

I have been getting multiple calls from the same number it also shows as 2691 and 2694. They never leave a message and it annoying to have them call 20 times a day

I got this call too every freaking day... atleast 5 times a day in my office number. I already file a complaint about this stupid caller. I hate this and I never answered since then. I got a caller ID so I know if they are the one who's calling. Just let my phone rings until they stop. If this is very important and really call from WELLSFARGO, they will leave a message as well. And I have a friend who is working at WF. He told me to report this thing on the website and I did. GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE!!!!!

this call was UNWANTED, UNKNOWN, and these idiots must have better things to do than to interrupt my evening meal!!!

That's the area code, central office code, carrier number, carrier name and location in Oregon.

THESE IDIOTS MUST BE STOPPED!!  Obviously the FCC is unable to stop them!!

I thought it was some sort of stalker. Scared the $hit out of me.

I've rec'd numerous calls from this # (503-403-2695) and finally called it back, at my expense.  It is the overdraft department for Wells Fargo.  In my case it was for an individual who USED to have this phone number.  I spoke to a very helpful young lady, Stephanie, who has removed my number from the system and said that I should stop receiving calls as of tomorrow. Biz Owner in Colorado, you're either a liar from Beaverton,  OR or you're an idiot.  Wells Fargo would not call you from Beaverton,  OR.  They never leave a message so that's one give away that they are not a real company.  I've gotten a call from Wells Fargo more than once and this is not their number.  Wells Fargo does not have my new number, how would they call me?  Good luck getting taken off their list.  It's all fake.

I get calls from this number at least 3 times a day. They hang up when I answer and never leave a message if I don't.

I have received calls from this number for over a month now, and several times a day.  Always the same thing, no one says anything after I answer the phone, and then the call is disconnected/goes dead.

Drives me crazy...I am going to refrain from answering any future calls from this number.  Thank Heavens for caller ID!!!

Called me at 12:22PM EST. No answer, just hangs up. Eeerie.

I keep getting calls from this number multiple time a day, won't leave message and won't answer when I call back with an anymous number.  Does any out there know to whom this number belongs?

It's from Wells Fargo. They are calling in regards to any negative balance in a savings or checking account. They are just trying to get you to come to a positive balance.

i just got my up-teenth call from these idiots (503)-403-2695.  i'm at work and they call my cell.  all they do is let it ring once and not leave a message, so i called from my work line (its a blocked #) and got "thank you for calling the WELLS FARGO OVERDRAFT DEAPT.  if you are an english speaking person (WTF!!!!) please press 1."

i'm not overdrawn on any account -- however, going to the bank to make sure that nothing is wrong.

I DO NOT HAVE a Wells Fargo account.
Only about 5 people call me and NOBODY calls me before 9 am, so I figured that it was just a wrong number. After a reverse number look-up, I put it in Google. Glad I found this out!

OMG, WELLS FARGO OVERDRAFT, they just called me AGAIN from 503-403-2695. I said I had no idea what they were taling about and they said
"Fine, we'll just call back every 2 hours"
So I called to speak to someone else. She asked for my acct# and I said
"I don't have one & to STOP CALLING ME and the previous person had said they would call me every 2 hours and that better NOT happen!"(I was firm but I really wanted to let loose!)
she said "If you continue to be rude, I'll hang up"
I said "What is this? YOU are being rude." And she hung up.

I called back again and said "I want to speak to a manager"
And I got hung up on for saying that.
IT'S LIKE THE TWILIGHT ZONE!
Where do I complain?
