i recieve calls feom this number all the time. it's a portland oregon area code, please help stop it !!!!!!!!!!

repeated calls with no message to a new cell number

This number calls my minor child and upsetting her and lying to her!!!! They say they are Wells Fargo and they are Bank of America what the heck is their problem. This needs to stop!!!!!

Get a phone that you can block numbers with - when they call, just hit block, and the number will never ring again.

Started calling on 10/13/09 - 11:33 am, 12:11 pm, 12:46 pm, 2:13 pm, 5:29 pm
Then 10/14/09 - 11:55 am, 1:54 pm, 3:17 pm, 4:05 pm, 5:01 pm,
Then 10/15/09 - 11:44 am, 1:11 pm

12 calls over 2 1/2 days!

This probably isn't Wells Fargo.  Based on other people's comments, Wells Fargo would never conduct themselves in this manner.  Sounds like a phishing scam. They scare you into thinking you are overdrawn and then ask for your account information.  I may contact the Attorney General's office to see if there is anything that can be done.

Got calls about every 15 minutes from this number on 10/20.  As I was in a meeting, I didn't answer any of them.  No message left.  I don't have a Wells Fargo account and they were calling my company cell phone.  Calls stopped after 10/20.

they keep calling my 11 year old son's phone.

It is Wells Fargo and they are calling to collect money from you due to perhaps an overdraft account or late payment on a credit card.  You can tell them  to "Cease and Desist" and that they will get paid when they get paid.  If they do not comply, take it to court; you will win and all your debt will be settled.

The caller is Wells Fargo Overdraft Dept. If any of your Wells Fargo accounts are overdrawn for more than a certain period of time. They begin calling to collect!

This has been going on since Jan 2008!!?? why arent these people SHUT DOWN!!!!?????

I got three calls today from 503-403-2695.  When I answered the phone, it sounds like a business call.  The automatic voice said, "please hold, someone will be with you shortly."  When I spoke to a female person, I told her firmly do not call my number again.  She did not say a word.

Seems I was right to look this up. Thanks to the people who posted in advance to let us all know about this scam. I literally bought my phone yesterday and have already received several calls from this number, 2694, and 2696. Have fun with these people, I know I'm going to.

been reciving these calls on my 14yrold daughters phone! several times a day, seriously on a childs phone , is there any way we can jion together to file a law suit for harrassment??

I've gotten 4 of these calls today, no message left for the first 3.  Finally picked one up, they say that they are from Wells Fargo and that I had made a withdrawl from "the branch" (couldn't even identify which one).  I just closed my accounts with Wells Fargo a week ago and they knew my name, so it seems like more than a coincidence...  However, the mannerisms and available information really didn't seem legit.  I told them so and hung up.  We'll see if they call back.

I got 10 more of these calls on Saturday.  It turns out that this actually was Wells Fargo, and that they had messed up when they were closing my account.  I have to stop into the branch again to get everything cleaned up.  A bit of a pain, but it makes sense why they were calling me.

So it turns out that it actually was legit.
