Called and spoke with my 82 year old Mom, who being 'nice' didn't want to hang up. Asked her repeated questions about her TV habits and who knows what else I didn't catch on to. Then, when he began asking about IRA's and where she banked.. that was enough! Hung up (for her) and then he calls back. Sob story about how, if he doesn't complete the 'survey' he'll be fired. Then, calls back again, same story. Folks, NO LEGITIMATE survey group should EVER use that tactic! Will contact Consumer Protection about this and see if there's something can be done. With any luck, They'll ALL be fired!

I answered the call tonight. The guy said he was a college student with a brief survey about health care in Texas. Then he asked for a male between 18 and 30 something. I said no. Then he asked for a male between 18 and 54. Again I said no.He quickly tried to say they would just call back because he had all the females he needed for the day. I asked him to just take me of his list. Then he got an attitude and said "OH you don't want to help the people in Texas?"  I said I don't want you calling 3  times a day.  Then he repeated that I did not want to help the people of Texas.  So be it. I will answer again and I will be the one with the tude next time.

I caller identifying himself as a college student wanted to speak to a specific person (me).  I politely told him that I wasn't interested and to remove our number from his call list.  This usually this works for most telemarketers, but not with this guy.  Had to hang up on him.

Mutiple calls a day. No response. leaves empty voicemails. Pain in the ***

I'm sure they are a bunch of nice people and college students trying to make some money, but maybe alot of us really dont want to hear your crap.

Disregard the message from the unnamed purported manager of the purported HR/Marketing.

Only pushy jerks up to no good and manipulation don't leave a message with a call back number instead of imposing their bad will on others.  CHANGE YOUR M.O. OR STOP CALLING!

I received a call from this number on my business line. They stated they were from Caltrans and not allowed to leave a message for the person in charge, but that they would call back. And call back they have! 4 calls in less than 24 hours.

Same number each time... 512-757-8111. Mentioned something about 'doing work with them' Red flag came when I noticed it was a Texas number stating they were Caltrans (California).

I got the same call this morning, twice. I didn't answer the first time, but picked up the second time. They said they were from Caltrans. I directed them to a different number and did not give them a chance to ask any questions.

I took the time to answer all of the caller's questions and he told me he was a college student.  I am on the do-not-call list, too.
 Since that survey, my e-mail is loaded and unmanageable.  I cannot block the senders.  They have a way of getting around that.  I know now that the purpose of the survey is to tie people up on their phone line and somehow obtain more information.  I have no idea how my e-mail address was found.

It was a survey.  Only took 10 minutes and actually made me realize that i watch too much t.v. don't read enough, spend too much time on the computer and i need to save more maoney

Calls coming from 512-757-8111 have to get a life.  What does it take to make these pain in the [***] to stop calling!  If you want to call someone, call your mom and her how she's doing!!  If you can't call her, then call the Attorney General's Office at (717) 712-1280 and start hanging up on him.

Look it really doesn't matter what your companies name is or who works for you.. According to the do not call list and laws regardless what you think you need to look it up when we tell you do not call us we mean it and it is meaning you. https://www.donotcall.gov/ If you continue to call my home once more I wll sue you for harrassment...And I would advice anyone else who is getting calls from these people to go to the do notcall list and file a complaint.. They have to follow the law if you told them "DO NOT CALL ME" And we have... The company will be fined for every call they give you after your report.. And you know what you also get a cut of that fine I was told that by one of the FFC people and its a nice amount of about $2000-$3000...... So I would advice everyone to report this company and let them keep calling every time  they call make a report to the do not call and you will rake in the money.... I have told them to stop..

The company's name is Consumer Research International.  They called me on a Sunday afternoon.  They are the industry prostitute for calling and conducting surveys.  CRI is usually conducting the survey on behalf of another research company.  They get the results and then they turn over the results to their clients.  Even though I don't normally like divulging personal information, they did not ask me any personally identifiable information until the very end, when having already called my phone number, they asked for my first name.  I could have given them any name, so I chose Nighthawk!

They CLAIM to be exempt from the do not call list because they are a political research firm and other research.... tell them to NOT call you. Give them your # and tell them they are harrasing you and that you will report them to your state attorney generals office if they continue to call.

Many do not understand the DNL. Just because you put your # on the list does not mean you won't get calls from companies like this one.

I just received a call from this number and I was asked whether there was a man in the household to speak with. Stupid me without thinking I quickly replied that there was no man in the house. The guy thanked me and hanged up. He speaking fast therefore I did not understand the company's name. I tried to call back but the number is busy. The question was odd and I am a bit freaked out
