why do they keep calling and never leaves a message.I never answer calls like this,love the caller ID

You are sadly in a much abused business format that bugs the h••• out of people.  
If you gave your DUNS number and URL I might believe your touching facts, but somehow it just doesn't add up.

They called once on Sept. 25, once on Oct 29, and once again on Oct 30.
They always hang up when I answer, and I always get a busy tone when I call back.
I wish my phone had a block number service.

I have received 6 call in less that 30 minutes from 512-861-8593,512-757-8111, I do not answer calls that I don't see a name or area codes I do not know. please remove my number

They called last night and said they had a short survey.  I obliged and was on the phone for 30 minutes.  After 15 minutes the girl on the other end said she was a college student and had just three more surveys to do before she could leave for the night.  I figured that was a line of BS - however stayed on for another 15 minutes and then finally said enough I am done.  I told her to remove my name from the her list and not call again.  Then she called me right back.  And then she had the nerve to call me tonight .. I answer and told her to not call again and to remove my name from her list.  Then she just called again.  I am reporting them to the BBB.

This company Customer Research convinced my elderly father to take a "short" survey. After 45 minutes of what he called "generally bad questions" he told them he was done with their survey and told them, very politely, that he was going to hang up.  After they tried to get him to stay on the line for just the "final few questions" he hung up in desperation.  

Immediately after he hung up, they called back.  I answered and she asked to speak to the gentleman she was just speaking with - that there was only about five more minutes she need to finish the survey.  I told her I had heard him tell them very politely that he had spent enough time on their survey and that he was going to hang up.  I told her I respected his wishes and that, no, I was not going to allow her to speak with him, after which I hung up on her.

I immediatedly got on the DNC website to make sure our telephone number was indeed still listed and was dismayed to learn that unscrupulous people such as this company are not covered by the DNC call, even though they obviously are taking advantage of vulnerable populations.  I found this site and am now joining what looks like a very large number of similarly-minded people to register my complaint.

You claim people only have to ask to be removed. I have asked three times in ONE week and still get the calls. I am no longer polite because YOU are no longer honest.

i am going to file a complaint with this company. It is getting tiresome, and borders on harrassment!

We are also on the 'do not call' list...that's a laugh any more as these outfits find a way to get around that.  My biggest concern is - WHO ARE THEY AND WHY ARE THEY CALLING?  We were having family time watching a football game (Txns vs Patriots).  You DO NOT CALL on a Sunday during a football game!!!

Ask them for their credt card number . When the ask why. Tell them they have called a phone sex line and you are very busy. Then tell them you had to put a congresmen on hold for this call.

they are absolutely shameless, same BS said again and again, such as "I am a college student, I have one last survey to finish for the day, could you help"  etc etc.  

no matter how you told them to stop calling you,  they continue to call back, on weekends or at night,  (may be from other "college student" they hired to harass you)

how can a company like this continue to do their close to evil business in this country without being punished???????

This should not occur.  We apologize.  If this happens you can call into our main number and leave a message and we will stop calling you.

We are so sorry for that.  Please call my number and I will find out who is not being trained correctly or following procedures.  If you ask us to take you off, we do.

This is not our procedures.  Please call me and let me know your phone number so I can find out which interviewer called you and take appropriate actions.  We absolutely take your name off the list if you ask.
