- Informer| 1 replyThe right contact information for the company is readily available online and even on here. Posting complaints in a forum with no enforcement power is futile.
Research the Do Not Call legislation.
Research telephone polling and its uses.
Inform yourselves and realize your complaints about lackluster products and services or your voice not being heard in important decisions is a result of a lack of participation in these types of surveys.
Why would they leave a message? What would they say? "I was calling for a survey but you weren't available so call me back or I'll just try later." A call back number would never work because it would require a completely different set up and would yield more joke calls than anything else.
If ever you feel you are being treated rudely or unprofessionally by an interviewer ask for their supervisor and ask the supervisor for their boss. Ask questions. Get contact information. Be proactive.- Caller: Customer Research Int

- Annoyed replies to HR/MarketingMy experience directly conflicts with your assertions. I've requested to be removed from your list the last three times I've been called to no avail. I get on average 2 calls a day at this point. The last time they called, the "student" tried to bully me into "just taking the survey... it'll only take two minutes". And she promised she'd never call me again if I just helped her out. She said she'd keep calling if I didn't cooperate (and I've already received another call tonight that I did not answer).
Hardly the sign of a reputable company. I'd avoid any contact with these people. - Billy Joe BobIf they won't stop calling then have some fun and play out your inner fantasies. Give them everything they want except an honest answer. For bonus points get an earpiece microphone to record the conversation and post it on the internet for all your friends to enjoy.
If you just want to get rid of them, pretend you are an elderly person with all kinds of senior heath and memory problems. They won't stay on the line long if they have to repeat and explain even the most simple questions.- Caller: Research

- christopher plyemThey immediately began their "this is just a survey spiel" and knew they were calling a cell phone. When I told them to stop, and that they should be calling the cell because I get a charge they told me that, actually, they can call cell phones, and then hung up. When I called back, I get a fast busy.

- Dave replies to YouWhile these calls may be annoying, especially after 9pm, it's absurd to blame them for her injuries.
- Derek replies to HR/MarketingActually, this sounds like phishing to me. Get as much info about people as you can, and then use that against them. Whether it's to break into a house when someone is gone, or helping find what passwords someone might use to break into accounts. Sorry, but in this day of the internet, there is no reason to do market research this way.
- AlmaCalling me on my cell phone which is a Do Not Call Listing. Wish someone would put a stop to this nonsense, I am going to get rid of my land line as it is used only by disrespectful scam artists.

- Me replies to HR/MarketingI got called twice within a couple of hours from Higginbotham Research. I empatically told thm to take my name off their list and was told that they had no list, just random calling. My number came up randomly twice in one day? Time to play the lottery!
- Positive replies to HR/MarketingJust googled your number 5 minutes ago to get to this page and read your extended apology...and you've already called again.
I own a gadget called a Digitone Call Blocker... so from now on your robocaller will get no response, no pick-up, no voice mail, no ring... but your machine will have been run for 5 to 10 seconds for nothing. Accumulate enough numbers like mine and eventually you just won't be able to reach enough people for you data to be of value to anyone... sounds like a bad business model to me.
Your arrogance and audacity to think that anyone would want to spend 25 minutes on the phone for such a one way result is irritating.
Maybe if your robocaller left the following message..."This call is from The Media Audit Company, sorry we missed you, we will call one more time in a different part of the day and if you answer and agree to spend 25 minutes giving us your opinion we will reward you with a $25 pre-paid Visa Card for your generosity with your time," Heck, I might even have blocked your number. - Mukesh Kalathiya| 1 replyi don't know who is calling me from this number. Everytime when I recieves it nobody speaks and if I try to call taht number, call suspended.
- concerned replies to Mukesh KalathiyaIve been called twice b4 but nobody speaks. Except today when all the girl asked was what city I live in. I told her n she said thanks n hung up. Thats why I googled the number cuz I worry its an info phishing scam. I mean if Im answering ur questions why not attempt a survey...? I dunno, sounds phishy.
- D Whiterepeatedly calls, then hangs up. call back and a busy signal is received. This is a suspected robo caller.

- Tired of Solicitations!I answered the phone, and the young guy, talked so fast to tell me that he wasn't trying to sell me anything but that "I needed to answer some questions" relating to consumer products. I quickly said no and that I wasn't going to talk to him. He then questioned me, and noted that not only was I being helpful if I answered his questions, during these tough economic times, but it also helps him by getting him paid "so that he could pay off his student loans". I about choked when he told me that.

- Pete replies to HR/MarketingI just called and spoke with a very nice man at Higginbotham and associates. I got several calls yesterday with a very rude guy who would not stop calling and would not take no for an answer. I know exactly what to say and how many "rebuttals" or attempts before they take your answer, but this guy just would not. I was very polite and declined to do the survey and he just got more rude about it. I hung up. He calls back and completely speaks over me, then hangs up on me. I just want the company to know this is the type of reps they have on the phone. And while I respect they're college kids or needing a second job, that gives them no right to be unprofessional and not honor clients wishes.
However, I was very impressed with the guy at H and A. Just call the number posted and let them know how you feel yall :-) - JulieNumber called me
- Tom BerrySomeone continually calls from this tel. #. My number is on the Do Not Call registry but whoever keeps calling my # apparently has no respect for the need to honor the DNC registry.
- Tyrone Beasley| 2 repliesThey called and just need my credit card number to enroll me in a vacation sweepstakes. That's all. Hope I win!
