The voice message they left is from the department of employment in missouri - probably if you have ever claimed unemployment and received benefits it is from them - the message was automated and said they were calling about a possible job opportunity - correct, it is probably a general number, or switchboard number used by various missouri state departments, but that's just a guess - hope this helps!

same number keeps callingme, dont' leave it long enough for me to answer

they call once every 2 minutes for the past 30 minutes, no one speaks but there's a beep sound every 2 seconds. i stayed on the line for a minute but still no voices, just beeping. if missouri wants to get a hold of someone, they're doing it all wrong.

A man from this number rang my cell phone twice while I was at work, leaving an unclear message which sounded like "This is Kirkwood Pet Sales.  I'm just calling to see how he's doing.  Give me a call back.  You know my number."  I have no clue what this guy was talking about.  

I received a call today and tried to call but all it did was ring.
I have received calls before they never leave a message. They hang up before I am able to get to the phone about 2 rings  I have a fax number it doesn't seem like a fax. If it originates from the State of Missouri then it should go to an operator after so many rings or a voice message stating it came from the state..

yeah I got the call too I called back no one answer so I googled the number and came across this. as I was on the phone they called me and come to find out it's the Missouri Department of Revenue

I received a call from this number today stating they were the Missouri DOR and I have been audited from 2011 and owe around $3,000

message left saying it was a call from the missouri dept of revenue

Just got a call, but I answered and then quickly hung up. I googled the number afterward to see if I can find out who was calling.

This is basically a root line caller id for lots of MO state entities. Mine was from the AG office about a class action lawsuit. I Looked up the AG office main number called and asked for the gentleman that I spoke with. It was a legitimate call.

My sister called me from this number and she works in Jeff City at the prison. The # she gave me to call her back was a different number. I think the number that shows on the caller ID is generic but the call is from the state of MO, and isn't spam.

It is the Missouri Department of Revenue. Did not catch the call but got a recording offering Tax Amnesty. It probably is a valid number. Might be for a previous listed holder of your number but it is a valid number.

This phone number called my home phone number. They didn't state why they called just hung up on my voicemail.

I received a call today 2/9/16 from this number. It was a parole/probation officer from Missouri inquiring about information.
