This number called that they are BOA, and claims that they can give a free credit report

The number is NOT B of A, they do not do business in this manner.  I got a call from 616-980-4030 saying it was B of A. I also have been getting calls from these creeps during the day and now in the evening. On reverse phone look up it is "TN Removal Sys". Report these creeps to www.donotcall.gov.  Do NOT give them any information!

THIS IS A SCAM!!! I received a call from this number and someone saying they were from Bank of America was trying to send me something but needed my information to verify.  I work for Bank of America and reserched after this caller was very rude to me.  I found that no one from Bank of America had tried to call me since December 08 about my card.  Please do not give anyone information about any account if they are calling from this number

They call every single day at 9 am. They hang up before I can them to remove our number. I tried to call the 616-980-4030 back, but it went to a local cell phone number??? I'm sure it is a scam. I tried to find their website to get another number for the company but did not find anything. I want these calls to stop!

I just received a call from 616-980-4031 (obviously related to 4030), but I didn't answer.  I called it back and it was also AGI, "trying to reach me to discuss great special offers from their client".
We'll see if they call back.

These idiot pests call everyday and B of A says they don't know them. It is a complete fraud! Report them immediately!!

I've had the same experience as well.

They call here at least 3 times a day for my dh.  He did answer it a few days ago and told them he was not interested.  Also he asked them not to call back.  Of course, they call back.  TOday I answered and told them not to call.  She said that she would need to speak to my dh.  I told her NO, the phone was in my name, DO NOT CALL.  She wouldn't give up.  I started screaming at her and finally just hung up on her.

These people keep bugging you, until you cannot stand it anymore. When they call you, just hang up. I think it's a big scam. Should look into it right away.

I get calls from this number almost every day.  Caller ID identifies it as AGI, they never leave a message.

We are receiving calls from this number @four times a week, including late nights and weekends. Caller ID is showing AGI. I do not know what they want but after just having surgery for cancer, I am sick of unplugging phones to be able to avoid their calls while resting. Looking at other post, I see Bank of America may be associated with hits. If, so, I plan to close both accounts immediately!!!!!!!!!

hello i am emailing you to day because i cant deal  with the hurassing phone calls i get from this phone nummber ever 15minutes 16169804031 it sais to push my number  to be taken off no call list its been over 30 days ago and it hasnst been done when i answer the phone they dissconnet  they remind me of some wacko  that wont stop and just a couple of minutes ago they called again i just had surgery on my spinalcord with a tummor and i need my rest im going to have another one soon and it is serious just called again at 3:15 3:19 330 409 pm   my time im in albuquerque nm in the mornning s they call. If I am not removed from your do not call list we will be forced to press charges and let the government know for all the harrassment. I want done now not in thirty days because it will continue after the thirty days.

They call several times a day disconnect after my ans. machine runs. Never leaves a message. I will not answer any calls of that nature. I am on a do not call list but guess that is not working well. Sooo I will register again. I am sick of it as is my husband...it is disgusting that your private home phone is not safe from annoying calls. Someone needs to do something about these people.

I have received several phone calls over the last week from AGI 616-980-4030.  They introduce themselves as representatives from Bank Of America and that they're offering a "special interest rate reduction" for your credit card. I did not give them any information and immediately called Bank of America customer fraud department.  B of A stated that AGI is a SCAM and they're trying to get your account number! If AGI has called you, please report this to Bank of America Customer Fraud department immediately.
