I get four or five calls from 616-980-4030 every day, they never leave a message but call every few hours every day.  Who are they and how do I stop them?

I think Bank of America creates their own "scams" so we feel compelled to buy their identity theft protection they are always trying to sell me and I've asked them to stop calling me about. AGI has been calling for only 2 days, but when I see a new # I always Google it.. It seems someone else has always had an experience with it before me....I have 3 other credit card companies I have accounts with, my Mortgage company and 3 different banks for Checking/Savings/Credit Union....Bank of America is the ONLY company I receive these spam solicitations from - and they are relentless - over and over again. May cancel the card I have with them. Sooooooo sick of it.

I get 3-4 calls a day from this number--usually right at supper time.  Wish they would quit calling. So much for the Do Not Call List!!

Phone has been ringing constantly from this number AGI , No message left on recorder. And don't bother to pick it up

No they are not affiliated with Bank of America, because Bank of America is investigating them.

I just called Bank of America 1.800.622.8731 (choose option "other" after listening to the "press 1-9" list) and requested to be removed from the AGI call list. The person asked some of my account information and the number they were calling so she could fill out their "opt out form" for their marketing calls. She said it would take a few weeks to process, but I would be removed from the list.

I am getting up to 8 phone calls a day from 616-980-4030. This is NOT Bank of America. I contacted the bank and the do not know this company. Under the Consumer Protection act passed in 1991 and updated in 2003 it is illegal for them to call you after 30 days once you request to be added to a Do-Not-Call list. Go to FCC.gov for more information. You may also add you phone number to the natioanl Do-Not-Call list at www.donotcall.gov.

"Some states permit you to file law suits in state court against persons or entities violating the do-not-call rules. You may be awarded $500 in damages or actual monetary loss, whichever is greater. The amount may be tripled if you are able to show that the caller violated the rules willfully and knowingly. Filing a complaint with the FCC does not prevent you from also bringing a suit in state court."  

Check with your states Attorney General.

Needless to say after 27 calls in a week and a half I am filing a law suit against this company for not only violating the Consumer Protection Act but I will seeking damages for harrassment for the large number of calls. If others are receiving the same number of calls as I am we should turn this into a class action suit and shut these people down!

Same thing as everyone else. Keep getting calls from AGI. It is really a pain. I have been told that if you have an account with them they can call a any time.

I tried this twice and I still get calls from them.

We get 4 - 5 calls a day. Never leaves a message. Caller ID says TN removal System. Very irratating!

I don't know who TN Remout they nevval Sys is, but they never stop calling.  They never leave a message just hang-up.

They never stop, just hang up.  They call all day right up until 9pm.

Constanly calling....I don not want the service they are calling for.

When AGI calls from 616-980-4030: Pickup the phone and say "Hello".  When they ask for Jon (Jane, etc.), tell them that Jon (Jane, etc) is just outside and you'll go get them.  Then put the phone down and wait until they hang up.

This only took 2 calls before they got the message!

I receive phone calls from this phone number and no body answers it, they call 4 or 5 times a day, how can i stop it?

For the last couple weeks I have been receiving phone calls from this number. These women (who sound like morons) do as for me by my full name, but never say who they are or what they want. They actually ask my voicemail if I am there.
