just got a call from them

Received a call at 8:35 PM.  They hung up when my machine answered.

Call the number back and put in your number to have it put on the DNC list. It is a special offer from Bank of America.

I get 3 or 4 calls A DAY from this number, I never answer it. Today, they have called at least 4 times in the past 2 hours. Same number, AGI/616-980-4030. I wish they would quit

Upon research they are, in fact, affiliated with Bank of America. It seems that BofA contracts with them as a third party for different purposes, especially marketing. They have already called me 3 times today, at times within 1.5 hours of the last call! I told them yesterday to add me to their do not call list. I have reported them to donotcall.gov since I am listed there. It's my day off and I had to shut off the ringer to my phones. Irritating!

I loggied in to the BofA site and updated my Privacy Policy options. Simple to do and hopefully will end this third-party marketing garbage at some point. So if BofA says they don't know this company, they are weither lying or the person you are speaking to is uninformed. Good luck folks!

Get these calls all the time . Caller ID says it is TN REMOVAL SYS.  I have no idea who that is.  Never answer the calls.

Don't know who you are but dont call anymore

We are getting called twice a day - always around the same times.  Irritating!

I'm daily being bombarded with calls from "AGI".  They will not stop.  I don't know what they are or why they call, they are not on the line when I answer.  I want them to stop.  I don't know how they got my #.

I get at least one a day it seems.  I never answer it, but it is aggravating

They call repeatedly leave no message.  This is very annoying and i wish i could block them.

This number has been calling my cell phone as much as 3 times a day. One of three  things happen:

1) I pick up. No one is there. I get nothing. No voice, no beep, no machine, nothing.

2) They don't bother to leave a voicemail

3) They leave a voicemail. It's always 2-10 seconds of silence.

Don't know who this number belongs to, or why they call me 3-4 times aday without leaving a message.

They call constantly and no longer leave messages...Despite the comment in this forum from the person who claimed they could have nothing to do with Bank of America, because they didn't actually hold the card that the rep. had claimed they had held. It was probably just a same or similar name of a BoA holder they had accidentally contacted. I believe that that AGI has everything to do with BoA selling information, from all the other comments,and seeing as we do have a BoA card....I wouldn't put it past them, from other things I've heard. We'll be closing this card out, and I'll see if the calls stop. Then, I'll follow up on this forum for others to see.

I am getting upt to 8 or 9 calls a day from this number.  This is telephone harrasment.  Can I sue them??????

have you had any success with the removal of your phone number from the 616-980-4030?
I'm ready to hunt them down and hurt them. Or even shut off my phone permently.

They called us today 3 times between 2:00 and 6:00 PM. Said they represented Bank of America and said some very XXX rated material.

I would not be surprised that it is Bank of America.  BoA was calling me twice a day.  AGI called me four times today.  I will simply pick up, say hello, and stick the phone in front of my stereo.

Whoever this is keeps calling and never leaves a message. Quite annoying!!!~!~

I keep getting calls from this number.  Some are hang ups;  when they do answer I tell them that I need to go get the person they are asking for, put the phone down and go about my business.  However, sometime they would call and "pretend " to be associated with Bank of America.  I finally contacted BOA through an online chat.  I wanted to let them know about these calls and how someone was saying they were calling on behalf of BOA.  I thought surely they would want to know someone was doing something shady and irritating in their name.  Well, much to my chagrin, the BOA representative told me she was sorry for any problems this may have caused me, and she would see I was removed from the call list.  WHAT?  Are you telling me that BOA sold their customers out to these irritating telemarketers, apparently somehow circumventing the Do Not Call lists.  Shame on you BOA..  Those of you who get these calls need to let BOA know that this is shameful.
