I am already on the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY (and have been since 2003) so I went to that site and filed a complaint against them at that number... The more people who do this, the better the chance that they face charges for violating the people who are on the registry. Here's the site: www.donotcall.gov

I had the same problem!Nonstop calling at all hours of the day.Just called (616)361-0128 and they said they should stop calling in about 24 hrs.We'll see!

Am getting numerous calls from 616-9802-4030 daily

finally answered this call and the gal insisted she was with B of A and I kept telling her she was not, and she kept arguing that she was with B of A.  She wanted me to get my credit reports and sign up for a service.  When I said I did not want that she argued with me over and over.  Finally I hung up.  I called B of A and reported this and they did not get very interested and they just told me not to answer or hang up.   I guess they do not care if someone uses their name LOL

I do not want anymore calls from this number.  I am under age and can not make any decisions, nor do I have purchasing power, seeing that I don't have a job and I'm not old enough to get a job.  STOP NOW!

I get calls from this company every single day. I always delete them and it is very annoying. i wonder if I called these people hundreds of times a day if they would like that?

I've begun getting at least two calls a day from this number. Same complaint as the other folks.

I get a call everyday at approximately 9:45 a.m. from this number. It comes in as AGI. I have not answered it ever, but this is getting really annoying as these calls have come in now for nearly 2 weeks, every day.

They must be changing tactics because my caller ID said it's TN REMOVAL SYS at the same number, 616-980-4030.  When I answered, there was complete silence, then I said "Hello" again and a woman who sounded super space out said she wanted to know what time it was!  I told her to look at the clock, and hung up!  So annoying, as I also am on the "do not call" list.  Googled the number and it's in Michigan, though these fly by night companies change constantly.

Calling for weeks. Boston area.  They say they are calling for Bank of America and hang up if i ask any questions. I called Bank of America and they don't know who it is. I also called the FCC @ 888 225 5322.  Everyone should do this as well as file a complaint on the DO NOT Call Registry. https://www.donotcall.gov/.

I can't believe that these posts go back to 2008 and they have not helped to stop these harassing phone calls.  Anyone have any suggestions?

This has been going on since July 2007 and nobody has put an end to the shenanigans?!

The calls have been coming to my house for a week now and this gives me no encouragement. Next time I see the number, I'm going to make sure they know how people all around are fed up with their calls.

So i finally got really mad after another day of calls that i finally did not let them speak when i picked up. I straight up said I WANT A SUPERVISOR NOW! I was left on hold for about 5- 6 mins and suprisingly a "supervisor" did pick up. Her name is Sharon Saroon and said that she was working on behalf of Bank of America. I said I dont know who it is they are looking for but to STOP calling. I am getting 6x calls a day and its very annoying.

She then apologized and told me she would put my on some "Do Not Call" list that they have and that if i wanted more info to call BOA at 18664333481. I havent called that number she gave me but she said i can call it to make sure Im off the list. So hopefully i do not receive anymore calls.
