The medical billing is really frustrating.  You get a bill pay it and months later you get a letter from a collection agency.  I am glad that they're changing what affects your credit report.

I phoned the company back to obtain information regard my "account". When I wouldn't supply them with my phone number the man hung up on me.
Yowzers.

I also don't answer callers that I don't know, to much political or sales calls and I don't want to deal with them.
My issue is, IF this call is about a debt I may unknowingly have, then why don't they use my name?  When I got this number I would get 3 different debt collectors that called my home very early, very late and several times a day asking for three different people, they leave long messages.  I happened to be home for two of the calls and told them there was no one by that name here and to please stop calling me.  They said ok and kept calling.

Has anyone of you heard of robocalls? Any company that uses this method can call any number they want. They do not need to have anyone give them any phone numbers all the have to keep dialing numbers. One more thing if you think the Better Business Bureau is going to help you with this company for it, they do not even know when this company started or who runs it

Hey so called lady. I told them I would pay $25.00/month and the woman said that was unacceptable and the least they would take is $75.00/month. So they will not be recieving a payment due to them refusing my payment

Touch AVG-Privacy-Scroll Down and touch Call and Message Blocker-Under incoming calls touch and hold the unwanted caller-tick Block call-touch ok. All further calls from you unwanted number will be blocked. I hope this helps.

Just bc your a doctor do a not mean you should bash people on here at all.  Someone people don't have the money just sitting around fork out to You for there care.  Most people have insurance and even after the insurance pays you we are still left with a bill higher than normal people can afford.  My feeling is this maybe if you were
Patient an not so troubled about paying for your next house or Mercedes you would not have a problem getting paid.  Sometime you don't even let the seat the person was sitting get empty before you are turning them over to collections.  I think that is [***].

This goes to lady i right you took a job as doc or nurse because you was compassionate but for you apparently no you are a cold hatred person. How you never fall on bad times and have to pick food for children or to pay you insensitive people who only think about just you

Just because your Uncle is a judge does not mean he can "get" these guys......you do realize your Uncle is a person with a job just like they are. Try being an adult and handling it the correct way!!!!!!

my dad has had this call 30 times today and they kept hanging up if they really wanted to talk to him they would not hang out when they pick up and they would not give you a number that will charge you to call back the number 704 553 7146 is not a medical bill colllection company if it was they would mail him a bill and a final notice of what he owes i know this because my dad has a lot of health issues and they alway no mater what no ifs or buts about it they send him the bill in the mail

They keep calling here for my mom. She fell at our local YMCA and she had to go urgent care later from the fall. The YMCA was billed and it was paid for but about every year about this same time they start calling about the same thing when we have proof from the YMCA it was paid.

It is a medical collection agencency.

I don't have any medical bills and they keep calling me. If they were legit they would send a bill

I have been trying to work with this company to resolve an issue about my son's insurance not covering a procedure that was done when he was 2 days old. I have contacted the hospital that the bill was derived from and was told I have no outstanding balance.  I never received a bill from the hospital stating I owed anything nor the credit collection company. I called pmab llc back only to be told the hospital would not have record of the bill because it was sent to a collection agency which doesn't make sense. I proceeded to contact the insurance company to see if there had been any claims filed on the date in question that were either paid or denied. The insurance agency informed me that everything was paid up to date and there was no record of any claims being denied. I called the collection agency again and the agent was very unprofessional and rude. Furthermore they could not provide me with the diagnosis  information regarding the claim or the information about what insurance number they used to try and process the claim with. It would be more beneficial if they could provide me with some information in an email or a letter that could help clarify exactly what is trying to be collected instead of just giving an attitude.  I have been very compliant and tried everything I could to help rectify the situation but I have had enough of it.

You barely speak English and are directing people on what to do? Get real. I'd walk out if I encountered you behind a desk.

This company calls several times a day. I have explained the person they are trying to reach no longer has this number.

Just a thought. You do realise, don,t you, that the post your replying to from "lady" was posted on here on the 16th Oct 2010, and only one other post using that moniker was made in early 2011. Methinks you are flogging a dead horse.

1st, you're not a doctor. If you finished high school I'd be surprised. Pretending to be a doctor doesn't make your **opinion** have validity.

2nd, you have no idea why these people can't pay their medical bills.  It's certainly not because they have the financial means & just don't want to!

3rd, turn off the rightwing talking points about people wanting to buy a car & poof they can suddenly pay their medical bills. That alone shows how utterly ignorant you are of the plight of your fellow man. People are struggling financially, emotionally, mentally. Rhe homeless population increases everyday. People are working two jobs living paycheck to paycheck.  Some are working more than two. It's not because they are too lazy or irresponsible. Utilities costs continue to rise. Food costs continue to rise. Rent continues to rise. The cost of luving continues to rise. Yet you believe we have a society flush with money. I get that you willingly decided to accept the problems society is facing is because of poor people unwilling to work hard. I understand how emotionally easier it is to blame the victim. Because if you open your eyes it would be overwhelming & break that little thing you've tucked away to avoid being hurt. Your heart.
