Got a scam from the same 760-392-3952 number from an insistent Indian speaking male  about my computer sending 'windows'  alerts several times.  Just so happens I had a new hard drive installed and I almost believed him. enough that we explored a place that had 161 warnings. He said'Oh, my God. That was a clue it wasn't a professional.  I ended the call Beware!

This site is so pathetic.....and so obviously a scam....

Shill and a liar

I received 3 calls today from 760 392 3955. The caller id said Desert Ctr CA. The caller insisted I did not have a genuine version of Windows and I had been ignoring popup alerts. I was asked to " get in front " of my computer, which I refused. I was threatened
with fines and penalties.  I indicated the caller needed to send me a letter outlining the
issue. He then rattled off my name, address and my husband's name. He was very angry with me and said to expext legal action. He asked me if it sounded like a a sales call. I said, no, it sounds like a scam.

I would advise NOT going to this website, probably full of malware.

My mother got a call from this number today and they said they were from Windows technical support and that they were getting errors on there end from her operating system. They stated that the license for the OS (that came with the computer) was about to expire. We knew they were full of it so we put my 16 year old sister on the phone to mess with them. They guy on the other end ("John") started getting very irritated. My sister finally said we don't have a computer. He responded with "So you call me to waste my time?" (Remember, he called us) "Since you have so much time to waste, why don't you have sex with me? You come to me in the night and I will f*** you hard." Then my mom got back on and yelled at him. Haha I still can't believe this happened!

They called with the same scam trying to get me to follow steps on my computer so they could "help" me. He claimed that every time I log onto the internet an "error is going to their servers for my phone number".  I asked him if people actually fell for this scam.  He argued it wasn't a scam and insisted that he was from the "help desk" and I could call Microsoft to verify.  He also stated he could NOT put me on a do not call list.  This is the second time this week that they have called.

Called here 10 times in the past 3 days! I don't even have a Windows computer!!

Called by 760-392-3952 with callerid "Desert Cente CA". Did not answer, they did not leave a message.

I kind of fell for this crap.  They cought me on the road.  Made it sound like they represented Microsoft 10 updates and there was a reason I wasn't getting my update.  I am waiting for my update, so I told the fella to contact me later when I was at home.  On the 2nd call I was almost hooked.  I started to realize these guys don't understand one word of English.  It's like you say something, and they have programmed responses to buzz words you originally relay to them.  As soon as I realized I had made a huge mistake I turned off the remote access I gave this caller.  His wonderful engineering buddy immediately told me if I slander his company I will hear from their lawyers.  Unfortunately this Fine Engineering Buddy would not tell me the name of his company.  I asked him if he was in this country.  He said no.  I said; send your lawyer's papers.

as soon as I started uploading windows 10 a woman with an Indian accent called me and said that my computer was infected and she transfered me to a man, also with Indian accent, and he said are you in front of your computer and that Windows 10 had problems that he could help me with. I told him to give me his number and I would call him if I had any problems. He did not want to give me the number and kept telling me that I needed to have him fix my problems. He finally gave me the 760-392-3952 number and said to ask for ext 3.   I then hung up.  I had no problems with loading windows 10.

I received two calls from them originally calling themselves technical support. They said I had been hacked and  tried to sell me something, but then started saying things like my Windows program was illegal or that my IP address had been hacked. After then I did download and ran a malware cleaning program and removed a lot of files that my regular security programs had missed.

Someone called me and said they were from a help desk from windows.  They said they needed to help me check my computer because it was reporting an error to there server. They wanted me to go to my computer and check the Administrative  Events file. I played along with the person and faked access on my computer. He walked me through the procedure to access the Admin event file. I was asked if I saw errors and warnings, I said yes. That when he said I needed to give him access to my computer to "fix" the problem, I refused and hung up the phone. They attempted to call back 3 times but I refused to answer. He said he was located in India and had a heavy Indian accent , he also gave me the 760 phone number when I demanded to speak to someone state side.

I got a call from an indian woman who said she was from Windows support,  she had me look into windows administration files and then transferred me to another person.  He also had an indian accent,  He gave me information to connect my computer to their server,  I asked him for his info he said his name was Alex.  The phone he gave me is same as above which would be located in Apple Valley, CA.

Reading the previous posts on here you will see this is a scam company. They are trying to hijack your computer, making your personal information vulnerable and maybe even commit fraud. Do not answer calls from this number. They lie and they cheat and they have been caught out.

2 days in a row I received the same guy with the same speech. The first call threw me off and  then it hit me, our # is new. I asked how he got my phone number and he said when I registered my computer this was the number I listed. I hung up. Today he called with the exact same words they are receiving error notices and I have a virus that was attached to a email. I said I was ready to leave and could I call him back. He gave me the # 760-392-3952 and his name was Rick Cooper with a VERY distinct accent. Oh and he was from Windows Operating Systems. If he calls me for the 3rd time I will advise ya all.

Call from 760 - 392 - 39152, said his name was George Valentine, sounded eastern Indian said that he is server indicated that I was having a problem with updating windows, and files were coming into my computer. He wanted to help me fix the problem. I said I needed verification, he gave me this number and name. Then I did the reverse search sure, this is a scam
