Same with me, but name given was "Jennifer Rosen" in New Jersey.  She said she was a supervisor for "Alex" (thick Indian accent).  Problems with my op system, but I don't use the op system quoted.  Scam call.  I blew a police whistle into the receiver.

Hahahahaha, look at all your fake comments. Your company has no credibility whatsoever. You have exposed yourselves as scammers by getting caught writing false testimonials on here. How embarrasing for you. What idiots you are.

Got much of the same as listed above. They told me they were from Dearborn MI.  Reverse lookup says it came from California.  Told him to have a nice day and hung up.  I'll throw this comp in the river before I give them a dime.

I received a call today from a man who stated he was attempting to make me aware that someone had been trying to access my computer, and if I would sit in front of my computer he could walk me through the steps to "fix" what was wrong.  He knew my last name and reported that my information was obtained when I registered my computer and he worked for I Next Support and gave me this ph# to call them back.  He said the fix was free of charge, but they could go into my computer for a small fee but this was not a solicitation call and repair what ever they found wrong.  I asked them to tell me what kind of a computer I had that was sending the signal and he could not answer my question.  The number is set up like a legitimate company giving you three options.  I will not give permission to remote access my computer nor accepted their "fix".  It is a known scam out of India and the man had that strong india accent but also used spanish words mixed in while talking.  I advice you do not allow them to access your computer, but instead read the postings !!
