Hi Donnie, nice to see your back again. Got a new job yet?  Still scamming on computers or are you working for the IRS. Maybe doing some debt collecting  or are you giving away a free cruise. As long as your gainfully employed but feel free to tell us about the latest scams for this year as the others a getting a bit stale.

This is a total hoax. "Steve" wanted to help me undo damage to my computer that has been going on for a couple of months. I've only had this computer for 2 weeks. Ha!

Even after 2 weeks your computer can be infected with viruses. Let us in Vee, allow us remote access to your computer and I'm sure we can rectify the issue.

You people understand that this and ANY one else Calling you with ANY computer 'Issue', that it is a BIG Mfkn SCAM.
So,,if you think it is legit,,,you deserve to lose what ever they take.....

Use your brain,,,,,NEVER give anyone Any information 1. over the phone, 2. via email, 3. via smoke signals,,,4. via hand signals,, or any [***] with a foreign accent that has the name,,Bob,,, or John Smith......

I love when they call me because I run them hard and try to waste their time as much as I can,,,in the end I know where there called from, I tell them the info is sent over to investigators, and fill them with as much BS as I can.... Fun stuff.....  Don't be a victim......  Ever.....

update..  so I kept calling them back 760-392-3952,,, press 1 for sales ( BS )   press 2 for Tech support,,press 3 for other...  I got them all worked up and pissed off it was hilarious..  I get a different person I just say I was returning their call,,' Sally' or 'Christy' called me and that I had computer errors,,  so as they "try " to help,, I would tell them "well,, how did you get my error??,, I don't have internet, so explain how did you get this information."  You should hear their ridiculous, uneducated responses... WOW... I'd tell them they are scammers, etc.. and that since they wasted my time with that call earlier today, I would repeatedly call back and harass the living SH-I-t out of them.. It was great!
long story short,,after I hounded them on 15 different calls one after another,,,,,they BLOCKED MY NUMBER!  LMAO,,  Sweet..
Guess I wont hear from them anymore...
So remember,,,don't be a victim,,, call them back and harass them until your blocked like I did...

There is no problem to give remote access to the guys of inextsupport. I just had to place a call on their helpline and their expert team remotely resolved my problem, and also guided me with troubleshooting of common printer errors.

Inextsupport is good tech support service provider and also legitimate.

Come on Steven, even faced against the impenetrable wall of evidence and numerous complaints made against this company, you don't really think anyone will believe you. Please tell us you are not really that stupid?

I just received a call from a male person saying he was from Microsoft tech support.  They had detected a problem with my computer and wanted to help me fix my system.  I told him there wasn't any problems with my system.  He asked if I could get to my computer, I responded yes.  He said are you in front of your computer.. (Me)Yes.  (Him) can you tell me what you see?  (Me). No  (Him) Why not?  (Me) Because I don't understand the info you want.  I kept him on the phone for over 20 min, just to waste his time.  I asked him for his number he said 760 392-3952.  I asked him which state he was calling from he said MN.  I happen to know that area code is from Victorville, CA  This is a totally scam..  Watch out folks, let them talk and waste their time, but DON'T  give them any of your info.  Beware!!

Scam Caller.. wants to fix your computer.

Had an male caller speaking with an Indian accent.  Told me he was from a company located in Michigan City, MI.  When I asked how far he was from Grand Rapids, MI, he didn't know the answer.  He proceeded to tell me to go to my computer, and I told him to go and f--k his cows.  It is an old scam, but this rickshaw driver probably just received a promotion to join their scamming team.

I got this call on Thursday 1/19/2017 in the late afternoon around 3:30pm and since I work in a 760 area, I figured it was someone calling me about a question about work or a local company but this guy with a thick accent said my computer was sending error messages and that he was calling from Microsoft or a computer company similar (couldn't understand him 100%) and he was calling to help me fix it and wanted me to give him access to my computer.  I knew it was a scam and I told him I would call my computer guy and have him look at it and fix it and I hung up, then I did email my computer guy who told me it was a scam and to be careful because they put a virus on your computer which can lock you out and hold your data hostage for a ransom.

I received a call from this number on 2/8/17.  The person told me he represented Microsoft and that there was a security issue with my computer.  When I repeatedly pressed the question "do you officially represent Microsoft?", he stated his company was an authorized Microsoft service agent assigned to fix my problems.  When I told him that I was a lawyer and that I represented a class action against his fraudulent company, he hung up.  Guess that's one way to get rid of them.
