They called me on my cell. No messages...How would Canadian Tire have this number?
This is annoying, frustrating and a waste of my time because I have to report these scams all the time!!!

they have my home and cell, this is brutal!

Did not get to the phone in time, thank god . They should shut these companies down that facilitate the use of unlisted, untraceable phone numbers which can be used for illegal activities without fear of identification.

Somehow this has to stop!  Calling on my cell is annoying especially when you are charged for it...

I missed the call thank goodness!!! I hate these calls too!! They should be illegal and I am on the no call list too. The cell phone companies should have to make it possible for us to block unwanted calls to our phones!!! It should be illegal for them to charge us for unwanted calls like this!! GRRRR!

"you are a valuable rogers customer.  For 3000 travel dollars, press one" Clearly a scam

Wow Happy Canada Day!  Got this call on MY UNLISTED CELL NUMBER AND ON THE DO NOT CALL REGISTRY and I have to pay for this nonsense scam call.  How can we stop these scammers from calling?  Obviously this registry isn't working or these ppl just rotary dial which is illegal too.  I am sooooo fed up with this chit happening every couple of days!

This number calls me twice a week and never leaves a message.  I have relatives in that area code, two of whom are not well, and it pisses me off that this might be a scam.

I figure if it's someone I know they will leave a message.

When I try to call back, I get the recorded message, "I'm sorry, your number cannot be completed as dialed," and it is NOT the usual generic female voice announcer.

Irritating!

Received a call from this number this afternoon.

Point of interest: if the marketing company needs a fairly high number of outgoing lines (e.g. 23+), it is more economical for them to have a PRI circuit.  In turn, companies who have PRIs usually do their own programming of CallerID information.  (Note: *69 creates a software record with the "real" information, with the caveat being that it may only show the call came from another carrier.)

I just got called from this number, I answered and nobody was there.  I waited about 10 seconds and nothing.

Auto dialer claiming I was a valued Rogers customer and eligible for free travel dollars.
Almost word for word the same pitch as last week's call from Vancouver (substituting 'Rogers' for 'Canadian Tire') and the previous week's call from Quebec.
Seems to be an Alberta Area Code, but when I called back I got the 'Number is Not in Service'.  I think the scammer has found a way to 'Spoof' the call display.
Auto dialing a cell phone was illegal last time I checked, and I'm pretty sure spoofing your phone number is too.

Need a drop down Call Type that says SCAM, as this surely is one.

Same story, I wonder if bell or canadian tire giving out their customer information? Can't we sue bell/canadian tire and earn some money while we keep on receiving scam calls :)

The telemarketer from Telus. Contact Telus at 310-2255 ask who own this number. Please publish the telemarketer address, so every one can yell the scam maker in  person.

Just got a call from this number as well...didn't answer it, no message left.

I got a call from here on my cell, called it back on my home number and it was not available to call.

Same old same old. Automated call telling me as a valued Rogers customer, I could receive $3000.00. Press 1 to accept. Of course I hung up. The same call came a short time ago from 604-560-9988 and the only difference was the company name. That one said as a valued Canadian Tire customer.....!

I got a call from this number tonight. There was no voice but a beeping sound in the backround. Call lasted about 30 seconds.

Just received a call from this number; "Because you are a valued Rogers customer you can receive 1000 travel dollars by pressing 1" I hung up.

Just got a call. Looked up number while phone was ringing and saw that it was a 'spam' number. Don't know how they got my number.
