Missed a call from this number today, they didn't leave a message so I could care less. The only number I'll answer on this phone is Home and probably my siblings since this is pretty much an emergency phone. Even if you leave a message and I don't know you, I won't call you back, so good luck with that.

Missed call to my Toronto cell number. Tues after 6:30 pm

Got called from this number tonight at 18:45 Ottawa time ... didn't recognize it, but answered anyway ... "because you are a valued Telus customer ...", hung-up.

Called my cell 18:27 Vancouver time, didn't answer unrecognized number

I just got the call on my cell # that I never give out...this had to do with Canadian Tire because I gave them my cell # when I went and had some service done on my car...

Now that I know they do this sort of thing with my cell # and sell my # out o places like this, I won't be going back to Cabadian Tire again!!

this person is harvesting phone numbers by making fake interest replies to kijiji ads...that is the ONLY way they could have got the number they called me on

They 'might' be associated with Craigslist. I never posted my number publicly but gave it to the CL phone number 'auto-verifier'. Now I'm getting these weird calls... hmmmm

They called my work number? and then my personal cell number. WTF!!

called me and left no message. you know its a scam when u call back and its disconnected...

received call from this # today - live in Vancouver, Bc - DID not answer

Got a call today from this number, I got the "because you are a valued Canadian Tire customer you have won a prize, press one to accept .... blah blah blah.  I am not a CT customer and I don't give out my work number so I have not idea how these useless people got my number at work.  I live in Vancouver, looks like we are the target this month.

This number came through on my cell and it is not the first time either.  It has been happening twice a week for some time time for me. They never leave a message.

They are illegal, if the don't follow this CRTC rule:

* At the beginning of a call or fax, telemarketers must give information about the organization on whose behalf the call or fax is being made, as well as information on the telemarketer who is making the call.
*  At the beginning of the call or fax, the telemarketer must also provide a toll-free telephone number, or toll-free fax number in the case of telemarketing faxes, which the customer can call with questions or comments.
*  Both these pieces of information must be given before any other communication is made, including asking for an individual by name.

I received this call and screened for messages.  No message left.

got a call from This Number, as well, last week it was another number, they called 12x to my cell, before that got calls from Mass, CT, and Montana? funny I do not know, people there.. perhaps they cell Cos will offer a call block FEE, so they make More $$$$.. keeps up I am Ditching my CELL, thanks you GOOF BALLS!.... play by the Rules or GO AWAY!.... I would not doubt cell cos are selln off Numbers as well....

Just got a phone call from this number at 2 pm vancouver time. Sick and tired of these telemarketers. It may have something to do with craigslist cause ive been applying at jobs lately and have been getting telemarketers calling me off the hook. I know you can file with the CRTC but we all watched 16x9 and they said out of the many that did get ticketed only one PARTIALLY paid. We seriosuly gotta do something about it or be able to BLOCK numbers on our cellphones. Any ideas?

I don't answer calls from unknown numbers. I then check them out on this site and if they are legit, I call them back.
