Want to turn Warranty Alert into the A.G.of the state of Ohio.Does anybody have their address so i can get them reported?i'm having no luck finding it.the F.CC.said they have 1000's of complaints.let's get them nailed to the barn !

I keep getting calls from this number on my cell phone. I haven't answered it yet. I'm just sick of seeing the number on my phone.

I get a call at least 4 times a day.. I just got my number and they started in within the first hour of me having it turned on.. I will not answer any number I don't know.. I have put myself on the do not call list.

They call every week to sell car warranties, on the home phone, cell phones, business phones. It always starts with a cough and then a recorded message. I filed a complaint today with "Do-Not-Call-Registry". Everybody, who receives these nasty calls should file a complaint. That's phone terror what they do.

They are a telemarketing business that other businesses contract with to do the dirty work. In my case they called about an "expiring" call warranty. I pressed 1 just to see who they were. I asked which car they were calling about, they said they didn't know and asked which car's warranty was expiring. I said that if they were with the original warrantor, they should know. They said "I'm just an operator. You called ME [can you believe the gall?] by pressing 1". I said, "no you called ME in order for me to be able to press 1. I have no cars whose warranties are expiring. I'm on the Do Not Call list". They said "OK we'll take you off our list". I started to say "Your list should have been vetted against the DNC list and so you never should have called me" but he pressed a DTMF key and hung up.  I called the caller ID number back - try it, it's interesting. I got thru the menu to the point where you can leave a complaint and -of course- the mailbox was full.

Two rings then nothing. I didn't even have time to pick up the phone.

This company called twice within the past 10 minutes from the same number and hung up both times as soon as I answered.  I'm reporting it to the donotcall.gov list.

4:01 pm EST April 8, 2009  Just got a call from 786.369.7342. We heard 'warranty alert' and then the line went dead. We have no products that are currently under warranty. If I answer a call and they talk to me I will make sure I use lots of their time.

I just reported to the National Do Not Call Registry that this number is calling. It is easy to report. Go to the donot call list and click on the menu. According to the gov't this phone number has only been up and running since March 20, 2009. Your phone has to be a donot call registered number for at least 31 days before they will accept your complaint. I listed the 786 369 7342 as my phone number and that is when I was told my number has only been in use since March 20, 2009. Then I listed my real number and my complaint was accepted.

Returning the call does no good. You just get a voicemail. A BETTER Alternative is to call EVERY NUMBER at paetec, and teach them not to harass people.

Just call ALL of the numbers at the company. Let them know exactly what you think of their company, and that perhaps illegally calling people on the Do Not Call list isn't the smartest thing for a company to do.

They just called me about ten minutes ago, and I said Hello, I too,  heard just a cough and then said Hello one more time, and I said goodbye and hung up! They have been calling me for a week or so, sometimes 2 or 3 times a day. I have a unlisted and a private number as well.

this number caller me asking for the time and dates I would be home for the following weeks. They got upset when I denied to tell them and asked for the company. I just got an angry huff and then the dial tone.

Got a call from this number.  I said, "Hello" three times then heard some background noise and the caller hung up.  I got this number by using the *69 feature on my phone.  Have no idea who this is.

This number is used from an online solicitation service. You get a recording to that effect.

You actually do have some "SECURITY" against these fascist, do a web search for WAR DIALER, then down it, put in their ph number. This will bombard them with more phone calls then their system can handle causing it to go down, if they are using any form of Voice over IP, the data pipe will be shut off rendering them useless.
