- Jen Smith replies to WarrenDitto! Except I have not closed my mortgage.....I did close,a mortgage back in 2006. Please be aware that this is a scam.Pink card makes it seem legit.

- Tom replies to Sheryl SmithReceived same card saying I closed a mortgage with "HIGHLAND LOANSOURCE", asking me to call 800-230-8750. It has a Mortgage ID# printed. The card is not even dated! Very much like a scam. It also has a small print says "All information provided by Mortgage Protection Services, 800-230-8750. Not affiliated with, sponsored by, and load information not provided by HIGHLAND LOANSOURCE.

I called WA State Insurance Commissioner's office as well the WA State Atty General and I guess I don't pay enough taxes to warrant a reply.

- JackieI too received a pink card in the mail stating "You have recently closed on this mortgage with LOANEX FNDG. We need you to please call us about an important matter regarding this loan. This is time sensitive so please call us at 800-230-8750 as soon as possible..." I don't have any mortgage with this company. Also, important to note that mortgage companies would send you a letter or actually call you if they needed additional information. CLEARLY a scam.
