Does that look like a legitimate email account for AT&T???

I keep getting calls but the idiots speak as the message is playing and you cannot understand anything. If they want to talk to me, get a real person on the phone!!!

AT&T.  This is a legitimate robocall.  They were verifying service, then following up on the service hookup.

Started getting calls every hour now, & from checking here, it seems because of a change I made. I haven't. Only blocking a #; spammer, & that's done on a computer. A confirmation email is sent. There should be no reason to call. I may block their ass!!

I do not even have and ATT account and still get their annoying daily voice mails. ATT sucks...

Set up AT&T on my moms account to pay for her bill.  I live in another state so was easier to do this way. Didn't realize that when I typed in the 800-288-2020 # on bill pay an individual's name came up at an address on Rockwell street in Bethany, OK.  I was unaware of this and wondered why 2 of the payments I made had not been received by AT&T,  When I call the number...AT&T does answer.  Why does a person's name and address other than ATT pop up when you type in that phone #?  I don't get it but I'm about to do something else.  I talked to several different people at AT&T before finally resolving....but it was on the banks end I guess....it was only when I typed in the phone # that this address on Rockwell in Bethany appeared....no telling where these payments are now.  Bank says that if they get them back they will shred.

Cancel the [***] account like I told you customer service Prople TWICE TODAY. I don't know who my super hero was 50 years ago. How damn stupid is that? I had to figure out where to send you crappy poorly Chinese  made equipment On my own. You web site SUCK eggs big time anyway!!!!I guess you'd love to charge everyone $350 for $5 worth of junk rather than send a message about how to return it but you can call with a unhelpful useless message and drive customers insane. This number calls all the time at least 2 a day.  That is almost everyday.  Never leaves a message. I have signed with the DO NOT CALL program.

asked who they were speaking with than told me they were with A T & T and needed to verify stuff. I have nothing A T & T in my home and haven't for 2 years!

Why was I charged $10,85 on July August bill?

I just received a phone call from this number and the lady was whispering and asked if I was Cary.  When I told her no, she apologized and hung up.  Never addressed herself from any company or anything.  Really weird.

I received a text asking if I requested a temporary password.  And to call this number 1800 ATT 2020.

I show as having DIALED this number. Hack confirmed.

I received a call today from the number 1-800-288-2020 at 11:13 am CST. The caller had a Middle Eastern accent and said he was calling from AT&T. I asked if he would remove my number from whatever call list he has, and he proceeded to call me a "F**king B**ch." 3-4 times until I realized what he was saying. I told him he would not be calling me again and hung up. This when to looked the number up and it was AT&T. So I called me back only to get a computer which was not helpful in directing me to anyone I can talk with. I think you all need to know you have employee's doing this to your business customers.

Not only did I receive one call try 15 to 25 calls a day. Telling me they were calling about my internet, but I have no problems with my internet for six weeks now. Also, They are asking for a John, Amy etc. I have called them to tell them to stop calling me. I hate AT&T

Called AT& T 800 288 2020 regarding an internet bill that was paid by check via us mail, electronically processed thru bank with a Bank Reference number.  Not credited to my account. Got the run around with three different people, including a supervisor and accounts receivable person. They can't verify account payments!! WTF
