AT&T called but would not respond. I dialed this number & it was AT&T, but no live person answered.

I received 2 calls from 8002882020, they did not leave message and the second call they hung up on me.

Received two calls today from 800-288-2020. As with the previous commenters, no message left and no one on the line when attempting to answer.

caller asked if I have at&t with my direct service and I said no and then I told him I was at work and could not talk at the moment he said ok go f... yourself and hung up. 12/17/2018 The call came in at 1:47pm

A solicitor with a New Delhi accent from Houston , Texas calling to sell A T & T TV cable service I think ?? could not under stand what he was saying or selling

Scam!  People saying they are AT&T to get you to give them your credit card and account info.  AT&T will NEVER call a customer and ask for this info.

Got 10calls in a row and my husband got 6 from this number we do not recognize.

Telemarketer claiming he was from AT&T.  Wouldn't listen when I told him to stop calling me, and just kept asking questions.  So I hung up.

Getting hang up calls from this number weekly. Iggy

When I answer this number which comes up on caller ID as AT&T they hang up.  Have called me at least four times so I no longer answer the call.  Very annoying.

second time calling me, stating what my bill is and how they can lower it. told him he should know the correct amount I am paying if he truly is with AT&T. asked him not to ever call me again and that I was reporting him.

Have received three calls in 15 minutes this morning all with the same message.  The only part my answering machine picks up is "our service has been compromised by numerous numbers from foreign countries and we need to call them immediately so as to change our IP address and router which will be done free of charge".
Yeah......right.

Scumbags from AT&T, trying to sell me a service.  I had AT&T for several years and they SUCK, always going up on my bill a few pennies at a time...SCAM...SCUMBAGS is AT&T!!!

AT&T is getting to be crap and I would not suggest anyone use their services. Direct TV now belongs to them and the service has gotten worst than bad!!!!

Two calls from this number.  No message.  Blocked.

I just got off the phone with ATT complaining about not being able to block more  unwanted calls from my phone.   I got to talk to 4 different people who told me I was only allowed to block 100 people and if I wanted to block more I'd have to unblock some of the ones I'd already blocked.   I asked them what good would that do?   They told me to complain to 1-800-288-2020.  I told them why didn't they do something about all the unwanted calls as they had at least 100 of the numbers that I had blocked so they could start on those.  They decided to not talk to me anymore...the [***].

I recieved 2 texts. And 2 voicemails for tech repair scheduled. Called the number and a man woth heavey accent said my number was linked to someone elses account.  Couldnt remove it unlesd I gave persons name or zip.  Hit the web address in text and it went to a supposed acc. That said Hello Rodney, gave name address and phone number. I called him. Yes he has at&t.  We concluded its a scammer. VERY well set up SCAM
