I just got a call from this number.  He said he was ATT and called to check on my satisfaction with ATT. I hung up.

I am receiving repeated charges for this number and NO I am not getting email messages.  ATT did refund me and put on the blocker.  HOwever, they are not making any acknowledgement of the scam. I am jumping through hoops -- I have now called 4 times to address this issue.  ATT keeps claiming that we are using the app etc.  Frustrating.

Yes I just saw a charge on my checking for $213.99 for a v500 which I did not buy with the same phone number to call on my statement.

Yes this phone number showed up on my bank statement with a charge of
$213.99 from AT&T on 05/02/13. I don't even have the phone account anymore, and
I still got charged. This a TN free number according to my statement. They can't
call me because the number is canceled but you better check your bank statements.

just discovered thye same kind of charge on my VISA credit card in the ammount of $489. I've been out of States for a while now and there is no single chance at all I could use ATT services. Have no idea where to call at ATT since there is no clue what the departmant at ATT where charge came from. How did you solve your problem? I've got the same transaction description AT T V500 10080. Just received a call on my prepaid phone; no message left.  Since it's a prepaid phone, I don't pick up for unknown callers.  

I don't have any charges on my account and I always have email alerts set up to notify if I do.

Got a $62.99 bill for nothing. Calling AT&Tfr a refund. After all the other moments this is obviousy a scam.   Going to report to state Attorney General an onside ring a lawyer.

Its AT&T Wireless survey on their employees performance. I have told them if they cannot put their name on the number, then do not call me.

Got a call earlier today and no one answered. Went to google it to see who it was and then I came to this.

Noticed my new bank account declined. Checked my statements and was charged $163.33. Wow, definitely going back to Verizon.

Received a call on my cell phone from 800-331-0500 which came up as AT&T Customer Care on the caller ID. They were offering $20 a month off my bill for just answering a few questions. When I received my bill there where over 50 international calls charged to my account. Called AT&T they removed the charges and chaned my sim.

They say their from AT&T and then hijack all phone lines under your plan.  Do not answer and do not talk to them greater than 3 seconds, or else they will hijack your lines.

The random dialer used by this number is associated with AT&T and I advised them of the misuse as it dials people on a National Do Not Call list and from other cell services.  The FCC needs to investigate and go after the scammers.

Got a call on my cell and did not answer.  The message was to the effect that my payment did not go through and that I need to call the number 800-331-0500 or call 611 to update my payment info.    My payment went through last week so this is phishing.  There is no problem with my payment information so beware.  This could be a way to get your credit card or bank info.

I am getting increasing number of calls from this day by day - like just today only SIX CALLS. I have AT&T 3 to 4 times in the last hour or so. while I am talking to this AT&T tech support, could not not any convincing explanation and then ON TOP OF THAT I AM TOLD THAT if I call back his AT&T number I am using up my minutes in other words if there are no more minutes left under my plan I AM GETTING CHARGED FOR THE unsolicited calls when I call back. WHAT A SCAM !!! truly this is a SCAM by AT&T.
AND TO TOP IT ALL, AT&T WANTS ME TO WATCH MY LANGUAGE????

I just discovered a fraudulent charge on my CC to AT&T for a large amount , which then prompted me to look at my AT&T carefully and realized there was a monthly charge on my hubby's phone for 5.42 for the last 10 months to Oz Communications . I called AT&T , and they refunded all but the last 2 months which Oz will refund and put blockers on our phones so this won't happen again. The Rep had it happen up him when he gave his number to  a retailer who then gave it to Oz . I was remiss in not checking my bill in detail , lesson learned. AT&T were great in how they handled this .
