I  am on a no call list and got a call from this number. I didn't not answer it.

I got a call from this number but I didn't answer it nor was a message left. I didn't invent the phone for these lowlife third world scumbags to take advantage of people.

Trying to set up at&t account for landline phone.Clicked on already have access id.Just set up minutes before.After entering id and password,get message-"A temporary error prevents us from retrieving your account information right now.We apologize for any inconvenience.Right above message was this phone number 1-800-331-0500 and RESCOM0108.I didn't call it.I wanted to know who it was.

Received a call from this 800-331-# at 2:04 AM!!! I didn't answer but after reading these I'll watch my bill.

just received a voicemail from this number stating they were calling from verizon and that my account was suspended and to press an option to reactive my account. this bad number

Said they were from ATT and my phone service had been suspended.  Asked for my SS number.  I hung up

Received call from 1-800-331-0500, was man with thick accent that said he was from ATT wireless and that I had been overcharged $20 on my account last month and he was trying to refund it to me. I told him I don't even have ATT wireless, so he said sorry wrong number and hung up.  I'm sure he probably wanted a credit card so he could "refund" this bogus charge, but really take money.

Received a phone call from this number.  They left a voice mail telling me my AT&T account had been suspended for verification.  To reactivate your account, press 1, to be transferred to a representative, press 2.    My account is a pay as you go and seems to be working just fine.

I hope nothing happens due to the call. I'm afraid they tried to get info that might be used against me.

I got a call from this number a while ago. Caller ID said "ATT - CUSTOMER SERVICE". A fellow named "John" offered me a 49 dollar discount on my monthly bill, but he would need my last 4 SS and pin numbers. I didn'r feel comfortable with the request, so I very politely said no thanks and disconnected.

unwanted calls and not sure what it is for. but I do not want to be bothered by solisitors

Thy called me at 12:30 at night and again at 7:30 am. They left no messages. Obviously spam/robot call. I blocked them.

it seems this time they are using our personal phone number to spam us to promote downloading a new app that blocks unwanted callers.... how do they not understand at!&t is an unwanted caller?

It is NOT AT&T Calling. It is a SCAMMER using technology to mask his number and make your caller I.D. think it's an AT&T number. Whether you get an actual person or electronic voice DO NOT speak to them and DO NOT press anything on your phone except to HANG UP! If you do you may get a 3rd party charge on your phone, so keep an eye on your Bill. It's a phishing scam. If they get you to give them your PIN or say "Yes" or press a number which means YES then you are on for a world of headaches. DO NOT try and outsmart them, catch them or trick them. All you will do is get frustrated and probably get a fraudulent charge. There may even be a charge per minute for anyone staying on the line more then 30 seconds. JUST HANG UP AND BLOCK THEM!!!

Called my Consumer Cellular ph# and rang once, then hung up.
