Scam call. Said my at&t account was suspended I have Verizon so I went with it. It asked for last 4 of social# I entered 4 fake numbers then it asked for the account pin I went with it and put in a fake 4 numbers. Then it said thank you and hung up. 800-331-0500 called to let me know my cell service with AT&T will be shut down. Guess what I don't have AT&T. For over 50 years AT&T technology stayed the same, then they used their leverage with Apple with the IPHONE.  Think they really put $ to improving, think not!

Called from a number that showed up as AT&T CUSTOMER C. Said my account was "suspended for verification" and to press a certain number to continue. I promptly hung up and blocked this number.

Fraudulent caller, posing as AT&T. Possibly targeting DirecTV customer in particular.

My wife got a call from that no. and let me know about it.  The recording said that her cell phone account would be interrupted if she did not give information including her Social Security number.  With that she hung up.  The same number called my cell phone, I didn't answer.  Only rang three times, no message was left.

Received a voicemail on my cell phone, from AT&T, that said something about my service being suspended.  I don't even have AT&T.  Called them back on a landline and they said it must be scammers.  They said that they would NEVER call to say your service has been suspended.  They would send letters or emails.

Received a phone call from this number, no voicemail left.  I don’t have att, I have Verizon for my phone and xfinity for my cable so not sure why att would be calling me.  I have blocked the number.

Have received two calls from this number, goes to voice mail and states my ATT service has been suspended. Have Verizon and everything is still working, SCAM call, do not answer!!

The called my house phone. A man (foreign) said that he was from AT&T, offering a special. I asked him, who was he offering the special to. First he said huh! Then he said he didn't understand what I was asking. SCAM!! YOU CAN TELL IT WAS A SCAM. LISTEN TO HOW THE TONE OF THE PHONE CHANGES, ONCE YOU PICK UP. YOU CAN HEAR THE CLICKING SOUND.  SOTIREDOFSCAMMERS!!!!

It's a phishing scam! I got a missed call from this number and looked it up rather than calling it back. From a few sources I found out that this number is a spoofed number of the AT&T Customer Care number they try to ask you for the last four of your SSN or try to give you a temporary passcode so they can try and lock you out of your account. Apparently they can hack into your phone's SIM card and some have reported having fraudulent charges made to their bank accounts.

Received a call from this unknown number but missed the call. After looking it up it led me here.
They're still at it. No AT&T account.

Total SCAM. I was on the front end of it. They called leaving a voicemail stating my AT&T account had been suspended for verification. Please press 1 to verify and 2 to be transferred. I totally ignored and immediately went online to my AT&T account to find it was not suspended. I then checked my bill for extra charges and have not received any yet.

Got a call from this number and did not answer.  They left a message  which was muffled sounding.  Something about my service beimg suspended.   Read where its AT&T ans I dont have anything with them.

I just got a call from this number (800-331-0500)  Call stated that At&t wanted to give me a $99 credit to my Metro acct. I used to use At&t and now use Metro. I said ok after confirming my number. Then they wanted my birthday when I said they did not need it to text me they hung up. I have a FLA area code and the caller sounded like they are from India. NEVER GIVE SS# OR BIRTHDATE TO ANYONE THAT JUST CALLS YOU.

This # is a ligit ATT number being GHOSTED by spam/scammers 10 years later. Now on my lengthy blocked number list. Called me asking for ATT account info I could not give, I do not have ATT. Called my phone company and made them aware of this call and locked all changes to my service. Better safe than sorry.

Phishing SCAM. This is a spoofed number attempting to get your Verizon information. These scammers have been using this number for more than 10 years.

Robocall went to voicemail, partial message left, "... press 2...".
Internet search says it is a scam, but the caller ID is being spoofed with an official ATT number.

I got a call at 7:00 a.m. today from this number. I called back and the recording identified them as A.T.T., so I called Cricket, who told me to give the "fake" AT&T caller NO personal information, that it is a scam.
