Well, one site I googled had complaints back to 2007 on this number. This site has 2014 posts.

I had a 'chat' with an online rep from AT&T about making changes to my account.....2 hours later, a call from this number.  So, spam coming from within their system or someone who works there?  You'd think they would have stopped it after 7 years of complaints from their customers.....  Just one more reason to switch carriers!

Got a call and they hung up when I answered.

My Phone is a Net 10 and I got These People to call me and I did not answer one good thing about this I have a Unlimited Time so they did not any time away from my Pre Paid Cell Phone From Net 10

This call was from ATT tech support. I had an unsatisfactory chat session with one of their tech support reps and they were following up with some additional advise on how to resolve my problem.

Received a call last night with this # 800-331-0500. Didn't answer no msg was left.  After reading some of the comments hope I don't get charge either. Get it together AT&T!!!

They called my straight talk phone. I didn't answer.   Wonder what this does to the unlimited minutes and texts.  Anyone can surf things like linked and get your phone number.  what good does the do not call list do anyway.  I'm on ths list also.

Lady called asking for someone I did not know. I told her sorry that there was no one here with that name and she said ok and bye. Hopefully I am not put on a spam list

Nobody cares about what you were billed for. This site is to figure out who called. The simple answer is AT&T Mobility. You shouldn't sign up for stupid freebie offers online if you don't want to pay. If your kids did it then it's still your problem, not AT&T. They have no control over the crap services that you sign up for online.

Received call stating that I was to receive $20 credit on cell phone after completion of phone survey. He asked 3 or 4 questions about service, but also asked for my 4 digit passcode which I refused to give out. He did get my zip code. Is this a scam and do I need to change anything on my cell phone account?

This morning I got a call from this number. When I called back the computer said said it was ATT but I can't imagine why ATT would call me. So I hung up before agreeing to anything.  Is it likely that I will be billed for something I did NOT agree to?

Don't know about a charge..received a call, no answer on other end at all.  Hung up and looked them up...I did not call back...  File a complaint with the FCC.  

The biggest problem -- the scammers have more advanced technology than the phone companies or those who are supposed to enforce the do not call laws. I found that out when I reported a company that violated the law, was told the Attorney General's office could not establish true identity of person who called me daily for months and months.

Voice message said, "Selena with AT&T calling to help complete a master reset on your phone."  And gave this number again.  The thing is, I don't have AT&T.  Sorry Selena.

Just got a call from this number this morning.  No message was left.  After reading these comments not sure what to conclude other than this could be a scam of some type.

I received an debit from my checking account for $97.63.  It showed up as:  AT&T K0089969 800-331-0500.  I never ordered anything from this site.
