The first phone number that was on your caller ID more than likely is a scam-HOWEVER, "1800.432.1000" is a bank of America phone number with software or even Wi-Fi calling such as Skype Viper etc. you can choose whatever number you want to appear on anyone's caller ID-this is why they left another number for you to call-

Now days a person can make his phone show any number he wants. The caller id you receive could be whatever the sender want's it to be. I could call someone and make my number say 000-000-0000. Don't trust incoming numbers that say they are your bank or credit company. Hang up and call the number on the back of your card and ask to verify that they are trying to contact you..

It is a scam call! Whoever’s doing it has the ability to tap into Bank of America’s phone system. We called them yesterday and asked them and they confirmed it. They’ve been hacked

The number belongs to Bank of America. Obviously the caller ID is being spoofed.
Robocall in Chinese, they left a message in voicemail. Scam.

no msg but I see from research online other people report this is Bank of America.   They called me at 4am.   BoA would for sure not be calling someone at 4am.

Got the call - I do know that there are the card services departments at the credit card companies - so this number is legit, but just because it's showing that number, doesn't mean that they are calling from the legit business.  ANY call that comes in and asks YOU for your information is a scam - unless you call them, do NOT give out any information - call the number on the back of your card directly!!  It WILL save you money and a lot of headaches!!

Left a voicemail with "unknown" as it's caller ID saying it's from Bank of America courtesy of a Chinese bank to start reporting now? Report what? Seems like a scam.

SCAMMERS who are cloning Bank of America numbers. Rec'd call at 8:27 PM and again at 1:19 A.M. Message left stating they had access to my video camera &f I didn't believe it to hit call back & they would proved it. That they would expose the videos and it wouldn't be good for my career or personal life but they were sure we could reach some sort of an agreement.
