I have been trying to update a credit card for HP Instant Ink.  I called their help # and the tech had me change the account name and password several times and I still could not get into the account.  Then I got email offering to resolve the issue and schedule a time for them to call.  We agreed on a date and time and then they did not call.  We rescheduled via email.  They called this morning from this number but there was an echo on the line and the call ended.  I became suspicious and decided not to proceed with a caller from this number. I do not want to give credit card information to an incoming call.

If you had gone to the actual HP website you would have gotten the correct phone number which starts as an 855 number. This is what happens when you use a search engine and don't use what it supposed to be between your ears first.
