I to just looked at my bank statement on line and its there wc*valueplus-v 19.95 I called the 800-475-1942 they asked for my address and name and said I had signed up for membership through debit or CC I told them no I did not cancel it(she said they would refund,Right) and I was calling the bank the bank changed my # immediatly the only thing I know I ordered was an as seen on tv pedipaws which I have not received and the co. wont reply to emails, phoned them and was told wait till next week give the usps time whether this is part of the membership charge I have no idea but anybody can get any info they want. My mortgage co. just informed me that an employee had sold all our info to a third party But they did fire them! Big deal now I have blocks on all my credit through the 3 credit agencies so if big companies can Lose your info any one can get it.Keep checking on all your accounts ALL the time! Cat 10-02-08

These people have double charged my CC 19.95 a month for the last three months. Is there anyone who can help rid these pests? I called the number 1-800-475-1942 and all it gave me was the site www.programstop.com and a bogus link to stop the membership. I am calling my bank tomorrow to see if they will stop payment and investigate the issue.

I didnt get a call about this at least not that I know of.  I had seen a charge on my account and didnt know where it came from.  I call the number and Pamala with "member services" stated this was probably something I bought over the internet and in the fine print it stated you would be signed up for this *VALUE PLUS-V discount.  I had her cancel it immediately.

They did the same to me and I called this number. This number is a customer care service that handles about 30 different online companies.

The operators were very rude and thought it was funny by placing me on hold and transfering me to other operators then eventualy being disconnected.  

I finaly got through to a supervisor and she stated that they will stop the withdrawls and send me a refund form that I will have to fill out and return for the prior months withdrawls.

I not too happy with this customer service company, or the company that was withdrawing straight from my account.  Don't wait to stop this, theres probaly a condition that they will only refund up to a certin time.

They count on you taking your keep taking your money, check your older parents account statements.  People are being take advantage of!!!!!

I live outside the USA and have also received this debit charge on my credit card, so far I have only seen one charge as I haven't been receiving my statements recently, I just asked for a fax copy of my last one OCT 08 and there is a charge:

The only place on which I used my card was on Newport News shopping site. I wonder if they are involved, although they didn't wind up accepting this particular credit card because it was an international one. I had to send them statments and a copy of another international card before they accepted to charge me. This is too fishy.

I ordered CD's from Shapely Secrets but on my next Visa bill there were charges for Wc*Homeplay-V for $16.95 and AP*9Passportotfum-V for $14.95 and then another pending charge for Homeplay-V for $16.95.   I contacted my CC company - they cancelled the card gave me a new number so they couldn't charge on it again.  I called the Shapely Secrets company and they claim that I had to have selected something on line that I wanted these two products - however, there's nothing there to select.  I contacted both Homeplay and Passporttofun and requested they remove me from their listing and I had cancelled the card so they wouldn't get paid.  What a scam.  Did anyone else order Shapely Secrets and have this problem?   The lady at the fraud dept with Visa told me she had the same problem with Shapely Secrets.

I don't recall this campany. I have tried to call a number of times. I want all services cancled!

I just called and "canceled" the membership I never signed up for.  He said WC Homeplay-V is a club membership for coupons and discounts, but couldn't say where or how exactly I signed up for this.  He said it was probably from something I purchased and didn't read the fine print and that I was also signing up for this.  Yet, they didn't even have my current last name, which changed years ago!  He's going to credit my account for $19.95 charged twice, and said I should see it on the 3rd billing statement.  What a joke, such fraud!  I'm going to cancel my card, and go thru CC company for credit, so they don't decide to sign me up again!

And where are my coupons and discounts I've been paying for? I haven't received anything, just billed!  Since HE said it was "probably" something else I signed up for and didn't read the fine print which signs me up for WC Homeplay too!

We called to find out what this was and why it was being charged to our credit card.  The lady was very evasive and never would tell me exactly what their company was.  She told me my money would be refunded in 7 to 10 days.  We never ordered this service and don't know how they got our credit card number. We will report back if we do not get satisfaction.

So i guess i'm next one, uh. Well month ago i made a purchase online for a Pedi Paws nail filer for my dogs. Got charged the requested amount from TEL*PEDI PAWS 800-777-4034 NJ and now a month later i'm getting charged $16.95 for something I didn't even know what from VALUE PLUS-V 800-475-1942 MN.

We did not purchase anything and had $16.95 added to our VISA account.  We don't know how they got our card number. We don't know these people.  When we contacted them they said the amount would be refunded to our account. I had ordered something two days before from Harriet Carter, but I never heard of this VALUE PLUS-V 800-475-1942 MN. I will contact my VISA account and get a new number.

I didn't get a phone call. However, I noticed $16.95 had been taken out of my CC. I immediately called and cancelled my card and submitted a complaint through my bank. I called these thieves and demanded my money back. Apparently are going to refund my $16.95.. These guys are crooks. No more, no less..

My story is the same as everyone else's.  The only thing that I have ordered using my credit card within the past 6 months was Pedi Paws, did anyone else have this experience?  The $16.95 charge has shown up two months in a row.

I have two charges for this phone number on my credit card. I have no idea who it is

I have made several request to the above 800# to have the $16.95 charge to stop drafting from my account. Each time they changed the date of which the charge was debited. I do not make online orders & I have not purchased anything via the telephone in over 3 years except an excerise tape from crunchless abs so I have to believe they are connected in some way.

This company debited my account twice in Oct 08' and twice again in Nov 08. Both entries were for $16.95 and both came through as signature based. Fortunately I work for the credit union that I bank at and was able to find out first hand what the transactions were and how they came through. Make note that a signature based withdrawl is easier to get your money back. The debit entries that are pin number based it is nearly impossible. This company needs to be stopped.

Who are these people?  I have had 16.95 taken now twice from my debit card.  How dare people do this to us with the current financial troubles affecting people these days.  I guess I am just starting the battle to remove and get a refund.

This company defrauded me of two charges of $19.95 two months in a row. I called my bank and had to cancel my card. I called the company WC Home Play and they couldn't find any account with my name or address on it. I don't even know what kind of company this is?? When I asked they said a subscription service. When I asked for what I received no answer. They are supposed to refund the two charges within 5 days. We will see if this happens. I have received no calls from this company.
