    I Just noticed these charges on my acct. for $19.95,what a mess I've read all these complaints  and I am very upset.I just ordered from an informercial for your baby can read thinking it will benefit my 4 yr. old  autistic child that can't speak yet.I will go to the bank a.s.a.p!!! THEY! WHO EVER IS BEHIND THIS SCAM JUST NEEDS TO REMEMBER THAT GOD IS WATCHING AND WILL PUNISH THEM FOR STEALING FROM OTHERS HARD EARNED CASH! GET A REAL JOB AND EARN YOUR OWN MONEY!!!!

    ugh this just happened to me...im currently in the negative with my account because they kept charging me. not only that but everything from my savings has been taken away too. i called and said to take me off the mailing list and to make sure they refund all my money the guy said yes but im pretty sure hes just full of bs. i called my bank cancelled my card got a new pin and credit card number. i pray that this works..good luck to those who got scammed....i know how you feel.

    I did not receive a call from 1 800 475 1942, but this number has been linked
    to the company: WC*VALUE PLUS-V  and I have been charged twice on my credit
    card for charges from this company. I have no idea who or what they are, I
    have no way to contact them, unless its through this 1-800-475 1942.  I am
    going to give it a try and see what happens.  I have notified my credit card
    company about not  accepting charges from this company.

    I don't know what else to do.  Its because of things like this that the government will be looking into internet activities.

    If you read my comment from above, you know that I had a charge from
    WC*VALUE PLUS-V.  I had found that this company was linked to the 1-800-475-1942 number. as I stated in my previous comment,I did call the number.  When
    I asked if this was the WC company, the operator told me that was indeed one
    of their companies.  I told her I had been charged for charges on my credit card and that I had no idea what it was for.  She said she would be happy to close my account.  She said that she did indeed close it out, and she started
    saying goodbye. I interupted her and told her I wanted a confirmation number,
    she was quiet for a minute and came back with a so called confirmation number.
    I was not given a refund on my card,  

    I would be happy to hear from more people out there, as so what this company is and how to find them on the internet.  I want to say a few things to them
    over their website.   Thank you all.

    I saw a charge on my accont and didnt know what it was for... then i looked at me last mmonths charges and there it was again... so i looked further back and again and again i saw the charge for 16.95 from this company for 10 out of 12 months! 169.50$ im freaking out.definitely calling the bank first thing tomorrow!

    no calls but charged my account 19.95 showed up on my statement as WC Value Plus-V 800 475 1942. I tried calling them and got nothing but a recording and a website. I went to the website and it was a cancellation form that needed an account number which I don't have with this company. So I sent them an email. Gonna go to the bank first thing in the morning and cancel my cards. guess we will see what happens.....

    I never authorized a $19.95 charge for Homeplay and another $19.95 for Value Plus to my account.  I contacted the number and spoke with a supervisor.  They were unable to find me in their data base but somehow was able to charge my account.  Supervisor informed me they would contact me in 24/48 hours and would cancel the services and refund my money.  How can people get away with this??? I too am P-O.  Now I have to cancel my account wait 7 to 10 days for a new card.  We should pull together and get a law suit against them just for the aggrevasion

    I have rec'd this 19.95 charge to my account for the second time and to no avail able to make contact with "Budget Savers", who is listed as the company that is pulling money from my account.  The charge shows up as a VBase 800-475-1942. All I have observed are situations and compliants, is there anyone out there that has successfully got these bogus charges removed or even ceased from there account.  This is really crazy, especially since times and things are so expensive and I am trying to save every penny to meet my basics!

    This company charged 2 successful debits to my 15 year old daughter's debit card and made 3 subsequent attempts to debit $19.95 from her account. Thankfully, i caught on to their fraudulent activities and contacted my bank and cancelled her debit card. I am going to post a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and have updated credit reports ordered. These people are obvious fraudsters who have absolutely no right or justifiable reason to charge/debit any of our accounts. I smell a class action lawsuit coming on!!

    I am receiving mail from all sorts of things I never ordered. They all have this same 800 number. I called and got one removed but they hung up before I could ask about the charges being removed from all.

    The reason ,most of you are getti9ng it put to your card is that they have people out there selling a product you do want and then the persontells about this product that you cancancel at any time within 30 days for a full refund.  I can't remember exactly what the lady said to me that made me say yes and maybe it was to just get her off the phone.  I have no idea but I wrote it down and have gotten nothing on it and the month is up. m I tried to call and cacel it and got the recording to go online to "www.programstop.com".  Thought for sure I could do just that but found all these peop-le having the same problem.  I guess we are in the same boat people.  Hopefully we will get some relief soon.
