why are they calling?

You are in collections with Macy's or Bloomingdale's.  No scam.  Pay your bill !!!

Today ,got a call 1-800-545-1200, Mason, Ohio, caller with strong accent, looking for my wife, on a 'important personal matter", no name, no message.  15 minutes before got a separate call from someone claiming to be Macy's. Very suspicious. Can't be Macy's, our account is current.

Well some lady called for my
Grn mother and the asked me to ask her if they would call her back at 1 (800) 545 1256 and I said yes was that a bad idea?? And I didn't no who it was and she didnt tell me all she said was her name so I'm calling back and seeing if it's a scam cause they also called on the forbiden to use house phone in my bad room creepy huh

Got a letter that sid to call this number.  I checked my Macy's card and the numbers are wrong.  Time for the shredder.  No Macy's lolgo on the envelope or the letter.

Mom is hospitalized and received the call from 800-545-1256.  Spoke with an English speaking man who stated this is regarding a personal business matter. Informed him my mother was not available but would take a message, when I asked him for his name he stated "Mark Ziggler", when I tried to confirm the spelling of his last name he said "close enough" and hung up. Very suspect. Called my Mom who confirmed all her credit cards are debt free.

I've rec'd numerous calls from a company saying it's Macys-Bloomies calling me about a personal matter. Although I blocked 2 of their numbers these Idiots still keep calling me using other different phone #'s. These are the last 2 #'s they left on my phone today (727-556-5000 & 800-545-1256. Name of person that called me is David Perez (strong accent). Every caller that calls me always has a different name.

Asked for social security number and credit card number

Calls everyday 3 times a day, never leaves a message. I'm reading other complaints that it's a Macy third party. I've never had a Macy's credit card and never even shopped at Macy in my life, so I put this number on block.
