Hello, Marine. My husband, disabled in 'Nam, now deceased ,is getting letters from the same scumbags. Got a son who was shot in Somalia. When you decide to mount out, let me know . I handle myself well under pressure and come equipped with Sig Sauer (3 nines and a pocket 380) and AR-15 of my own , along with other little items and these people have ticked me off!!! I'm SICK of THIS. You have a blessed day and thank you for your service.

I got one of these letters,
    I got a ticket over 10 years ago in a po-dunk town.
Completely Forgot about it. Never had an issue on my license or anything.
I called the "city" and verified and paid the balance with them over the phone.
This "company" seems to be a large collection agency.  If the ticket is legit or not is another story.

Actually, they aren't a scam. The payments can be made to then or to the court. I called the pd but they didn't know of such company so I called back. They told me to give MUNICIPAL court a call so I did and they indeed find my ticket info that I had forgotten about. It was for speeding. They worked out a payment plan with me and even sent me receipts. They wouldn't give me a number for the court because all they had was a private line so they told me to Google it. If it's a scam they don't have you call courts. The guy explained to me that they don't buy the tickets from them buy are contracted through them to do the collection for them. Let's face it, the city or state just wants their money.

Perhaps you should get a life & stop being rude to others? You obviously have a very sad life to be purposely leaving rude comments all over the Internet. I would truly dislike being relayed to you. Family must be so proud & enjoy being around you. Lol I will pray for your anger to subside & for life to get better for you. A piece of advice mate? Karma, it does exsist & most likely kicking your tail due to such a negative way of life. Good luck with that. ;-)

This is not a legit company.  It is a scam.  I have gotten several calls from this number but they are for the daughter of the previous owners of our house.  The thing is, her name has never been attached to our number.  I would love to know how they got it and why they think she still lives here.  She wasn't even living here when we bought the place from her parents. They are phishing for gullible people to scam money from.  Need a tab for 'scam' under call type.

Check For yourself replies to Linda
Received a letter and a call. I went online to check for this ticket or warrant, the county court system has no record of the citation, warrant, or ticket. Then I get a call today. I tell the lady until they email me a copy of the warrant do not call my number again. It is really that simple--produce the ticket, warrant or citation (whichever) or stop harassing (calling or writing) me.

Yes, when threatened by Debt Collectors always check with SOS for Corporate Office addresses and if they have Surety Bond. (Requirement in Texas). Check with Real Municipal, State, or County Court  to validate debt, if you paid it off or not. Even if Real debt owed, can file written complaint to City or County Commissioners, Mayor, Council, for being stupid enough to contract with this Fraudulent Debt Collector and using Tax Payer money!  Report collector  to FTC, and CFPB for violations of Federal Deceptive Trade Practices and Fair Debt Collection laws. File Consumer complaint with your Attorney General. If you been victim of Past ID Theft of Security Breach, immediately check your credit history for fraudulent accounts,  obtain an Affidavit of ID Theft from FTC, file police report get copy,  send these two documents to credit reporting agencies, put a Security Freeze on credit history. Send dox to ANY fraudulently opened account, demand they close them and take off your credit history and DEFINITELY send these documents to the Debt Collector threatening you with warrants or legal action,  and the City court that allowed them to collect on these fraudulent debts!  Then seek legal Counsel, for your rights and remedies to fraudulent debt collection practices.

I missed a call from this number a few weeks ago. Today, they called my father and told him that I owe for a traffic ticket in Washington County, AR (where I went to college).  Thankfully, he was smart enough not to give them any information. I called the Washington County Court, the Fayetteville District Court, and the Springdale District Court.  The clerk at each court cut me off to tell me that it is a common scam, and none of them showed any outstanding tickets, fines, fees, or warrants for me.

I did a bit of Googling, and it looks like this number belongs to a company calling itself "Warrant Enforcement Division." They had an FTC judgement against them for fraud in 2016 (https://www.ftc.gov/enforcement/cases-proceed ... cement-division).  Looks like they've moved on from post cards to phone scams.

Don't pay these people without at LEAST first verifying with a court that you actually owe money. And then make triple sure that you're paying the right people.
