I just called this number back because I miss the call an automated woman answering said is was a survey that had just called me from citizens bank about my recent service with them to hold on the line if I want to speak with a customer service representative. I just hung up.

I have received several calls from this number. Today I did answer it. It was Citizens Bank. I did not provide any personal information, nor did they ask, outside of confirming that I had called the call center on 9/16 (which I had) and asked if I would answer a few questions about my experience with their customer service (which I agreed to do). I was skeptical at first, but again, they did NOT ask me for my account number or anything of that nature. It appeared to be a legitimate quality assurance measure on the part of Citizens Bank, which was actually quiet appropriate given my experience with their call center in the past week.

This number is bogus.  No one answers when I called back.  I couldn't even leave a message because the call.  I checked with the local Citizens Bank and they were unaware of this number. disconnected.

I keep getting missed calls from this number and never a message.

This is just a survey number - it's legit. Didn't ask for any personal info or anything, just wanted to know how my most recent experience at my local bank (they knew I had visited recently) was.

That's BS I get calls all the time from this number and I don't have a citizens bank account!!

I do not have an account with Citizens Bank, so they have no reason to be calling me.  I tried to call back and the call went no where, then was disconnected.

I decided to answer this unknown number.  It was just a call from citizens bank with a few survey questions on service I received when I went to the Lambertville, MI branch.   Did not ask for any kind of banking info at all.  Took 2 minutes.

Citizens Bank still has Visa and has not cancelled my card. It's 2016 and i still have it, have not been contacted re: master card.

It's a customer satisfaction survey from Citizens.

Looks like they're using this number again (last report here is in 2015) Called, I didn't pick up, No VM left
