Got the call on my cell, but didn't answer it.

Spammer called my cell phone.

Je n'ai pas eu le temps de prendre l'appel. Mon cell ne sonne presque jamais, c'est juste pour les urgences, presque personne n'a mon numéro... Alors j'ai bien pensé que c'était un appel de ce genre! Bien contente de ne pas avoir répondu et perdu des minutes!

Shoddy buggers. I hope hitting 5 mangled your "survey". I have half a mind to come across the river and bother you at work.

last time i checked, life altering phone calls didn't call from 1-800, 1-877, 1-866 numbers. And to the fella who responded on behalf of the company calling, defending what you do? I AM on the do not call list. Maybe you should check it?

In response to what youre stating, it is illegal for telemarketers to call cell phone. However I worked for a survey company and since they are not trying to sell you anything, they are legally not considered telemarketers and may call your cell phone since the numbers are often auto generated.

got called again on my companie phone, I think it's the 3rd time in 2 years !

They just called.. long distance charges on my cell... thanks jerks.

they have a fax number from their site. Time to send them all  the faxes you can  each saying "Do Not Call My Cell Phone" from every computer , office phone anywhere you can fax free,  their number is 1 819 770-3688 . Even if you have a long distance plan, and phone the number without having a fax machine. Each time it answers it hold up their machine for a minute. 1000 times or more a day , give them a taste of their own medicine.

All of you seem not to know the fact:  It is illegal to for telemarketers to coldcall cellphone lines, even if they are carrying out a survey.  The survey exemption only applies for landlines

Wrong.  Cellphones are off limits even if it's a survey.

Got the call on my cell, never should have picked up... automated system calling from Boul. St Joseph in Gatineau. I did not listen to anyting after that but hung up.

call back the number and press 1 for english, then 1 to be added to the DNCL

I have a limited time usage on my cell phone and have given my number ONLY to a few relatives for emergency use only. NO one else should be allowed to call and use my time allotment at my expense.

Email them for a refund of $1 as they promise.

When are you flippin idiots going to read the fine print of the Do Not Call?  Did any of you even bother to read who it applies to and who it doesnt?  You are SOL if you think you can threaten a survey company by reporting them to the CRTC.   The CRTC is going going to say "ah, another moron who didn't read the fine print".

Survey companies are not telemarketers.  So stop you friggen "I'm on the do not call list" bs.  Next time read the friggen fine print MORONS.

The CRTC needs to change its rules. Surveys to DNC numbers need to be banned. I was woken up at midnight by these people. 2 calls in rapid succession.

If survey companies want my opinion, they can pay for it just like the rest of my customers do - during business hours.

Now they offer to PAY you for the call if it is to your cellphone.
