they just call and hang up no message, very rude at least leave a message about why they need to harass us with there calls.

It is sears, they called my work to tell me I was 9 days behind on my payment. I told them it would have been nice for them to have supplied an acutal invoice for my first payment. Brand new card and online billing said it wasnt due until Sep 17th, since the phone call at around 11am today they have called my cell phone three more times, really isnt that a bit excessive! Its not like I am a month behind nore did they supply me with an invoice.

Who ever this is, they call and average 8 times a day.  I answer the call, there is NOTHING on the line.
According to reverse check it is Citibank!  Our number is listed on the federal do not call list.  Guess that is of no value.  How do I get these people to stop calling?

I get calls at least 8 times every 24 hours.  No message leeft, no one on the other end when I answer

I wish I would have started writing down these calls...today I have received 3 calls in the last hour from this 800 number... I get many, many calls per day from 800 @ 888 numbers.

Got call from 18007331116 turns out the bill for sears which was thought paid, didn't go through, did it online but when I checked the sears account ,after finding out the # was for sears card, saw that there was no payment made for this month. Will call and explain and apologize , but will not do the payment though them, will make payment directly though sears.

Sears charge  card is now a Citibank chargecard.

I just received another call from this number.  They call several times a day and on my cell phone.  No message is ever left.  PLEASE STOP CALLING MY NUMBER!!!

These people call 6 am to 9 pm on a Sunday. If they would like an answer stay on the line or leave a message. I work nights and don't appreciate 6 am hang up after working until 11 and arriving home at midnight.

it is 2:09pm they have called 5 times, no message, just hang up.  If they don't leave a message I won't call them back.  I don't have a citi bank account, a sears card, old sears card, never a sear's anything.  If they are looking for me because I was a referral, good luck, I don't respond to those type of calls either.

I've been getting multiple calls from this number every day. Caller identifies herself as "Sears Citicard". I do nothave any outstanding debts with anyone. This seems like a scam. Many people are getting the same kinds of calls, so why is nobody doing anything about this?

Kept getting calls all the time, day and night.  No one on line.  They did leave one message with a recording saying I should call a number for Sears and then give them my credit card number.  I called number and entered 123456789.  Operator came online.  I told her to remove me from the list.  I asked why they are calling.  She said it is probably because of a past due on my sears card.  Told her I havnen't used it in years.  Then she asked me to verify my credit card number.  I would not. I told her I thought she was a scammer.  She asked for my phone number.  I gave that to her since heck, they have it anyways.  She looked up my number and asked for my name. I gave it to her.  She then asked if there was someone else in my home that lived with me.  I said yes but they didn't have a sears card.  She sighed and then asked if his name was Lee.  I said no.  She then said that there is a past due for Lee (and stated a last name).  I said that person didn't live here. She said that they probably have a wrong number.  I looked in our local phone book (small town, 8,000 people).  There is a person with this somewhat unusual last name in my city.  Calls could be legit but man, they really have their records screwed up.  She said it could take hours for the calls to stop.

I've been getting calls several times a day over the past few days from 800.733.1116.  No message is ever left and when I do pick up the line immediately goes dead.  

I've also been getting calls from 816.420.1818.  That number leaves a recorded message in Spanish.  If I do pick up it is an immediate recording telling me to dial 1 (or maybe  2 - I don't remember) if I'm not that person.  I have no idea what "person" they're talking about because they don't give a name.  Even if you punch in the number it tells you there is just an endless loop of the same thing.

I have no outstanding debt to anyone.  Both of these numbers started calling just over the past several days.  This is my work number and it is really bugging the heck out of me!
