I am now receiving calls from this number on my cell phone. I don't even see any way to block the number. At least we can use caller ID to avoid these people.

I am so tired of this number calling. These people piss me off. They keep calling my number asking for some "Kimberly" and even when I saay you have the wrong number, they ask.."Well do you kow what's a good number to reach her?"...Are you freaking serious. When I say wrong number, it pretty much means wrong freaking number, I don't know who the hell you're looking for. I chewed them out and they asked me to calm down. A few minnutes later the same number calls me. Of course I'll be irritated. Oh and registering my number to that Do-Not-Call-List doesn't work.

Do what I do, piss them off so bad that they hang up on you and then call them repeatedly until they block your number.

Did this a while back and after the 7th time I called back they very timidly answered the phone "heeeello' I started in on them again and they said crap its him again and hung up. I cant call this number any more casue it must be blocked on their end.

Toll Free Call. "All agents are busy now". Why are these companies allowed to get away with annoyance?

I get calls over and over from this number by someone looking for some Goat raper named Mustapha...

Calls, but no ms. No idea who it is or why. Whitepages.com reverse lookup came up w/no results.

I have gotten two calls from this company ,they said I purchaed something from them 5 yrs ago
and did not pay told them I needed proof  said they mailed me a letter did not recive
if there is no return address I do not open. Would like to know why when I purchased a car two yrs ago this didn't show up on my credit report I live on soc security and a prt time job  can they attach my incomeI

Canceled Order from collectiblestoday.com was shipped out in April 2006. Therefore, the item was returned via USPS with the Signature Confirmation to its Return Dept. as instructed by the merchant. The order was paid in full using VISA credit from Bank of America.  When the refund request was made from Visa for the return, the refund was disputed. Therefore, all the return related supporting documents were submitted to Bank of America, and they did the full refund to the VISA account holder.

Four years later in Feb. 2010, a bill collection notice for the returned item came  from National Recovery. As a response to the notice, all the supporting documents for the return were sent to the collection agency. But from March 2010, toll the free call from 1-800-814-6580 came daily with no left message and no known ID. It was found to be National Recovery.

In the middle of March 2010, the merchant, collectiblestoday.com, was contacted with the issue and all the documents including the letter sent to the collection agency. But the call still comes and the merchant asked me to contact the collection agency.

What are they doing after 4 years? Do they expect that their customer, who returned an ordered item, is unable to produce the return related documents so that they can collect the bill? Can't they read the explaining letter with attached documents? That is why they cannot make a single call or leave a message to ask a question related to the response to the collection notice, but keep on calling.

How and where can we report or file a complaint for such kind of business? At least, can stop the call. I am on "Do not Call List," even my phone number is listed. What kind of business is this, collectiblestoday.com?

They call and ask for me by my nickname not my legal name.  I told them if it was an attempt to collect a debt to contact me in writing.  They ask me for my mailing address.  You think I gave it to them? NOT!!!

Hang up, report, and if you're having a really bad day, go ahead and verbally abuse the person on the other line.  Ahh  America

I got a call today, no idea who they are. Called them & they don't say the name of the company unless you persist on knowing who you're speaking to. Then, to top it off, they are looking for someone who gave them MY phone number. I asked them to spell the name (because she's done this before, and I don't even know her), I wanted to make sure they had it correct. They spelled it out & then I tried to explain what she's been pulling. Boy, did this "woman" get bitchy! So I gave her attitude right back & told her I'm reporting this to the police.

I"m sorry, ma'am, but you are a liar. your scum company calls at all hours, every day of the week, including sunday morning, for a debt that i do not owe and have never owed.

i have reported your scum company to the better business bureau, the FTC, and the attorney general in my state and in yours. i will file a police report for harassment and stalking if these stupid and illegal calls continue.

They are calling my 17 year old son's cell phone, and he CERTAINLY doesn't have any unresolved debts....  they never leave a message, so I have no idea who they are or what they want!

I have read with great interest some of the posts listed below.  I, too, have been told to ask for "Jennifer: but no reason given for the call and no idea of who or what this company is or represents.  I do know that I got a bill in the mail the other day that was hand addressed to me at my former address but forwarded which concerns someone I know, but this company is making it appear that it is MY bill.  I tried to call but got a busy signal.  So I am going to write them a letter and let them know they aren't going to get one penny from me.  I wonder if it is one and the same company.

I just received a phone call from this number, they are saying I owe Columbia House over $50, I have never received or ordered any DVD's from them, glad to see I'm not the only one that is getting these false calls, and of all things they did call on my cell phone???? I am going to report this number...Thank you for all the comments.....

inaccurate credit reporting/ erroneous debt collector, has illegally placed a collection on my credit report and refuses to remove or correct the inaccurate report, FTCcomplaint forthcomming.

they called me again today and i told them that the person they are looking for has actually moved to pa and gave them a number to call.   the number i gave them belongs to the ceo of nra  xD.  Steve & Jill Kusic      (717) 540-0161   also what u can do is tell them they have 7 days to send u the original bill.  after that 7 days is up send them a cease and desist letter.  if they call you 1 more time after that you can sue.   look for a comment on page 2 of these comments for all the valuable information u will ever need to stop this nonsense.
