20140815 just got the same type of call.

just received 2 calls back to back ,1st call no voicemail, 2nd call voicemail left with a hang up. i smell scam... i have a samsung galaxy so I blocked this number

I just got a call as well.

When I call back it is a legitimate number of a real company being spoofed.

But they are faking the number, I guess.

That's too funny, I saw that movie too LOL.  I got 2 calls from this number this morning alone but never replied.  I'm glad I looked it up online.

Same here. Got a call and automated message wanted me to key in last 4 digits of my social security number. Hung up.

I've gotten this call before, and just received it a few minutes ago again. This time, instead of hanging up, I typed in "1111". It told me I had made and error and encouraged me to try again. I put in "9853", and it told me that the security flag had been removed, thanked me, and hung up. LOL. Of course, that's not the last four of my ssn. I suppose they want to access something on my account that requires the last-four.

I did the same thing I put 1234 then *#*#. I tried calling back and it said thank you for calling Life technologies hahaha.

Just received the same phishing call claiming that my AT&T account had been breached. It asked to leave the last four of my social security after the beep. When I did not, it repeated the message, again with the beep. After the second time that I did not put anything in, the call hung up from their side.

now it got me thinking. Am I still safe even though I did enter 1111 and *#*#.

Got 2 phone calls from this number this morning. Didn't answer the first. Answered the second. It had the same voice as I've gotten from another scam calls regarding AT&T. Voice said I'd been flagged on my AT&T account (I'm with Sprint…) and said to enter the last 4 digits of my social security number (HAHA yeah right).

I guess i'm the only idiot out there that actually input the last 4 of my SS#, Dam! I didn't even think, we are going to a party tonight and didn't want the phones cut off in case the kids needed to get in touch and that is the first thing i thought of... can't wait to tell my wife... NOT!

I received a call from 1-800-888-8804, the recorded message stated my AT&T account had been flagged for security measures, and to prevent any disruption to service they wanted the last four of my social security number.  I called AT&T and they said they would never ask that question of a customer.  This is another fishing expedition by internet predators.

same thing here. hit all my family phones. no info given. called provider and said it was a scam!!

Got the same call at 6:46 PM.  Called the 800 number and got Fisher Scientific message.  Looks like the rascals have been busy in the last 30 days.

Got this today.  Clearly crooks.
